Floral Symphony did it all! My bouquet was stunning and everything I asked them for. The decor for my wedding was above and beyond, and they worked with Kelly McWilliams (planner and designer) to create the most beautiful scene for the entire weekend. They truly listened to my preferences and helped me to put the special touches that brought me joy. They definitely impressed - flowers everywhere in perfect arrangements, pillars, and styles. I adored it all.

Giving a three because I did not go to web site. Getting flowers for wife, THIRD florist picked off my location. They were closed and had cardboard sign over hours. Oh yea, I’ve been married 35 years and just wanted to see her smile.

My husband and I were deeply disappointed with the florist that we hired for our wedding on November 19, 2022, which was unfortunately canceled due to Hurricane Ian. Despite the fact that our venue was destroyed, and we had no choice but to cancel the event, the florist was unresponsive and refused to help us in any way.Throughout the planning process, we had high hopes for this florist, but unfortunately, their lack of professionalism and empathy became apparent when we needed their support the most. Despite all other vendors agreeing to reimburse us a portion of the deposits made, the florist refused to do so, leaving us to bear the entire financial burden.As someone who specializes in providing wedding services, the florist had a responsibility to be understanding and supportive during unforeseen circumstances like a natural disaster. Their unresponsiveness and unwillingness to help only added to our stress and frustration.I strongly advise anyone looking for wedding services to steer clear of this florist. Their lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable, and they clearly do not prioritize their customers' needs. It is unfortunate that we had to go through this experience, and I hope that others can learn from our mistake and avoid working with this florist in the future

Dalia is an artist. My vision became a stunning reality. I literally teared up when I saw my bouquet! Her team were true professionals and all my interactions with Dalia were always helpful. My wedding got postponed for a year due to COVID and she never missed a beat. The flowers were amazing and all my guests commented on how beautiful they were. I would recommend her over any other florist in the SW Florida area.

I receive an arrangement on Mother's day and my birthday from my daughter. The flowers are always fresh and last for over a week. Couldn't be happier. Try them you won't be disopointed.

Do NOT use Dalia for your wedding. I can’t stress that strongly enough. She doesn’t feel it is necessary to return her client’s phone calls if it isn’t about her making money. According to her rude and unprofessional secretary, she is in a “meeting” every time we’ve called and has yet to call us back after numerous messages. She’s the ONLY vendor we used who refused to even discuss any sort of a refund for our wedding that was cancelled by COVID. The DJ, wedding planner, photographer - everyone was very understanding and we reached a mutual agreement. But Dalia can’t even return a phone call. Don’t listen to the positive reviews she is incredibly unprofessional.
