Driver states he attempted to deliver….. NO ONE even came by…. Said I could pick up after 5… went there and NO ONE answered the bell
Now I’m to take another day off to sit and wait for no one to show up again… horrible service!!!!!!! We pay for this!!

FedEx is terrible your package will come damaged. It was raining the other day and my package was left in the rain. When the driver git to my house it was raining and he left it in the rain. The package was ruined from the rain. I haven't had a package come undamaged from FedEx in months.

For 8 months every time FedEx has had to deliver a package to us, the deliver it to the wrong house. On the wrong street. With the wrong house number. FOR 8 MONTHS.

If a package is in Fort Myers for last few days. Why would FedEx not be able to deliver the damn package. Supposedly FedEx is delivering this package from Fort Myers to Naples Florida the last three days and still has not arrived!

Package not delivered but says it was. Can only reach a computer that says it was delivered. Terrible. Same week received a package that was not ours and wife contacted FedEx to pick it up.

After what your driver pulled of Yesterday 06/05/2023 on 46th St NE in Naples I will not longer allow him to step on my property. If I catch him one more Time on my Property I call the Police and have him Trespassed. If you hire unprofessional driver like him who drop packets out of there Trucks on the side of the road in the grass and takes blurry pictures so that they can say it was left at the front door and laughs at the Customer when they tell them to bring it to the front door that is what you get. I will not longer order from companies who use your delivery service. Because no Manager was willing to talk to me I tell you here on Google reviews that your driver is not allowed on my Property on 46th ST NE 34120 Naples any longer.

Horrible, they delivered my 50 plus pound package to the wrong address and a few streets from my house and refused to pick it up and re-deliver it to the address that it was paid to deliver it too, I truly believe they laugh at you when you are trying to resolve problems though their customer service ?????
