If i could give minus stars i would. 2 packages in less than 2wks both delivered to wrong locations. Unit number is clearly on door, i am 115, 1st package after figuring out by the picture where to look, went to unit 103. 2nd delivery today, i went up and down 16 stairs 4 times to make sure i didn't miss anything but... read full comment

0 stars if possible. Worst customer service.
They have refused to deliver on my road for over a month. I am forced to wait over an HOUR to get my packages. This should be illegal. They knowingly kept packages without communication attempts AT ALL. The GM of this facility should be FIRED.
