Family Dollar has undergone a lot of changes, as if it were a new store, with new things to buy and new prices. Some customers find the employees very friendly, nice, and helpful with great conversation, calling them all around good people. However, the store is also described as extremely crowded with an extremely long line, normally only one cashier even though there's multiple employees. The store is a complete mess where you can hardly ever find anything, and trying to get someone to help is almost impossible. The restroom is absolutely disgusting, and some employees are described as rude, with the manager being even ruder.
Well for the 1st time I walked in Family Dollar on Palm Beach and it was organized they had everything in stock the place was very neat and clean and the checkout line was moving like it should so yes I was completely shocked in a good way
