I don't even know where to start. They sell items on Ebay through their store supersales-usa. I ordered an NFL lanyard from them and it never shipped. I contacted them again and again with no response. Finally, I only got a response after posting negative feedback on Ebay...hummmm...go figure.

I don't even know where to start. They sell items on Ebay through their store supersales-usa. I ordered an NFL lanyard from them and it never shipped. I contacted them again and again with no response. Finally, I only got a response after posting negative feedback on Ebay...hummmm...go figure. They indicated they would not only provide a refund but also send a new item if I would retract my feedback which I did but guess what happened...that's right not a whole lot...surprised....so was I. I believe that they may have given a refund only to entice me to change the negative feedback because it's now a month and a half later and they have YET TO SHIP a single item. Beware please....they DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!!!!!
