I will never go anywhere else!! Briana was amazing ? I almost cried happy tears. She promised to tell me if my head was too small for the glasses I chose ? Just an amazing person! She deserves a hella of a raise!

Came here after waiting YEARS for new glasses, process was smooth. Recieved my glasses today! (Both pair) Briana took care of me an made sure my glasses were to my liking! And made sure they fit my face nicely! Would recommend!

3 stars because Eye Glass World sold me glasses that were never right from the time I got them. 5 stars to employee Alex because she corrected to issue! Alex was kind, courteous, and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure the problem was corrected. I have been coming to this store for 10 years, never had any problems before now. Alex is the reason I may return. It’s very hard to find employees like Alex. Eye Glass World is lucky to have her. Thank you Alex! Truly appreciated your work ethic. .

Had a great experience with all the staff in obtaining 2 new pairs of glasses with the prescription I brought in! Keion helped me beginning to end...so patient, as I looked at various options that my insurance would cover & for my 2nd pair at 40% off. I was dreading this task, between the hassle of choosing frames & the process, i put it off for months. Now, I regret not going sooner because I could've had my new glasses already! Again, Keion was knowledgeable, patient, courteous & gave me space to look at frames, while making a few suggestions, just right! Thank you Keion!

They should know that the service is terrible! On the day of my appointment, after registering and being inside the office, they took us out of the office without attending to us, because the doctor could not treat us without further explanations. They took us out of the facility because they did not have another doctor who could treat us. They only told us that we had to make another appointment for another day! Not to mention the terrible treatment of your staff!

Shout out to Gil for getting my glasses repaired in less than a day. Wasn’t able to pick them up till Monday due to ky personal fault but Monday morning was a quick enter and exit to get my glasses back. Keep up the good work!

Juan and Alex are amazing. This has been my go to place for years now even tho I live in Matlacha, every time I walk in I feel welcomed & remembered like family. They and took care of me right after I got an accident and extended my warranty just by barely so that I could get my lenses filled and be able to see you during these rain summer days. What caring people, I really appreciated them.
