The customer service is top notch, Lenora couldn’t be friendlier. The added plus is the technology. An app opens the gate so you don’t have to get out of your RV, sweet! Covered and powered!The staff is wonderful and made sure, even after hours, that we were able to get in successfully the first time without issue. Additionally the contract is clear with nothing hidden in the fine print. If I did not sell my RV I would have stored it here for years to come. If I even have the need for another RV, boat or jet ski this will be my first call.The technology to access the facility, the wash bay and water available are all added benefits.

We are new to the facility. Just purchased a motorhome and are keeping it in the same location as the previous owner. Tried to use the wash bay on Sunday and found out there is a hole in the pressure washer hose, making it unusable.

I lived there for about a year upstairs in the apartment and I never had any issues with anyone who stored there. It was a very quiet place and nobody bothered anyone.

I just moved here from out of state and was in need of a place for my enclosed trailer. I had called a few places and they were full but each one recommended Elite Boat and Rv. Storage.I called and Lenora answered my call and assured me she had a spot available. Physically went there and what an absolute GREAT Experience I had with her. She was helpful in every aspect of signing on and making sure I had all the info regarding the grounds and what to expect. Elite is Top notch and Lenora is absolutley Great. I highly recomend this facility if you need a place to store a large trailer, motor home ,Boat or just something big that you do not have room for at home. If you could give 10 stars I would

Very accommodating place!They have a truck wash bay, a bathroom with a shower, and an ice machine as well.The gate can malfunction sometimes. They say it's usually the low laying fog. But I don't know.Overall I'm happy with their service and facilities.

First of all, my wife and I reserved a spot in the hopes of purchasing an rv out of state. The reservation would run over the allotted time due to scheduling conflicts. We were insured that regardless our time in that the spot would be secured if we bought the rv. We arrived on the weekend and did everything electronic. The facility is excellent and the customer service is top notch.
