I bought furniture some time ago with JC, very friendly and very good service, the problem is in the guarantee that they sell you, it is with a company called Saw Enterprise, terrible service, I have been waiting almost 5 months for them to fix my furniture and still no solution. They have canceled my appointment twice and today is the third and they have not shown their face even on the phone, so I called the El Dorado store in Ft Myers and they are not responsible even though the furniture AND THE WARRANTY were purchased from them. they. The truth is that it is very frustrating and disappointing that a store with such beautiful products has terrible customer service.

Dishonest store or dishonest salesperson… Get everything promised in writing before leaving the store. We purchased an expensive leather sectional and were told they had a promotion of $450 to be used for a future purchase with the purchase of the sectional. When we checked out, we were told by both our sales rep and the cashier that we would receive the promotion via email in the coming days.The email never came and when we contacted the store and our sales rep, she stated she never told us about any promotion. I guess my wife and I were both hearing things. I didn’t expect this from what appears to be a reputable store.The couch we purchased is very nice and we are pleased with that.

I give them 1 star, look carefully.Not because of Yanira's attention, she is super professional. She helped my wife find everything she wanted. In fact, in less than 3 months we returned and we spent almost 7,000 dollars. What bothered me is the manner of the mannaguer Heidi. When she explained to me One question I had about an extra charge of 59 dollars...it's not the 59 dollars, it doesn't mean anything in a purchase of 7000 dollars, it's her attitude and way of speaking...I think she's too arrogant and she just deleted it my expectations with your attitude...Again Yanira super professional and very kind...Greetings...

Walked into this outlet. To look for a dining room set and hutch. I walked in and said hello to the man at the door. He didn’t even respond back, , but shook his head , I walked in a little towards furniture and thought to myself. “ if he didn’t have the decency to say good morning, why would I even want to spend my hard earned money on this place. I had 3k to buy ? A total turn off! The vibe was just horrible!

Huge amount of furniture to choose from. We visited many furniture stores looking for a sectional couch to no avail. El Dorado had many to choose from and it’s enjoyable looking around as the store is decorated in an awesome way!Staff are friendly and leave you around to browse. Highly recommend.

The manager, Bill, was the highlight of our experience after some trouble with the warehouse and delivery. He went above and beyond and made sure that our bed was assembled correctly and timely with the help of Chris. I am not sure what role Chris plays at the store, but he was willing to work outside the scope of his job description in order to make sure we were able to have our furniture assembled today. I’m extremely thankful for the customer service displayed by these two! Their work needs to be recognized as they saved this store a refund of thousands of dollars!
