What can I say about Easirent, I personally was blown away by their willingness to help a disabled veteran get a more comfortable car when other companies "had no cars left". David went out of his way to make sure that I had a vehicle that didn't mess with my recent spinal surgery. The return was just as easy, I have been back twice to this location because of the incredible service I got from David. I will continue to come back when I am visiting family.

Traveling during the holidays with toddlers is hectic to say the least but thankfully there was a dedicated and committed team waiting for us in fort myers!From picking us up at the airport to helping us install carseats in the vehicle, it was all a great experience.Even though they were pretty busy, they still treated us nicely and the manager even came out and helped.David, you’re running a great place. I hope you and your team keep up the great work! Thanks!

I recently rented from the fort myers location, I called like four different places and Easirent was the best rate for me, The manager, David Guzman, helped me out so much. He was polite and well mannered, He went above and beyond! I definitely will be using Easirent again!

I feel as though the rental car company could have been a little bit better in explaining where you should be when time for pick up at the airport in order to take you to the car rental location. However, I had to search for the actual location/spot for pick location and then I had to phone the company that my flight landed 30mins ago and that I need to know where I needed to be in order to be picked up from the airport. But most importantly I gave them a 3 star because the customer service was literally a 3 because the driver was slightly rude picking me up from the airport and almost left me but i flagged them down in order to not wait another hour or so before night fell. But the young man who was working behind the desk was somewhat nice but I did ended up paying an additional $100 dollars which I wasn’t to happy about but I won’t go into too much detail about. Lastly why I gave the rental company a 3 overall is because their company hours are an inconvenient time when they are working very closely with the airport.

OMG, let me tell you about my experience at Easirent with David! It was like stepping into a dreamland of customer service! David was an absolute rockstar, full of energy and positivity.His warm welcome made me feel like a VIP from the moment I walked in. And his help?Oh my goodness, it was out of this world! He went above and beyond, exceeding all my expectations. I left with the biggest smile on my face, feeling like I had just won the lottery.If you're looking for a car rental experience that will blow your mind, go to Easirent and ask for David. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Short staffed. Waited about 30 min to pick up the rental car due to being short staffed. Then to drop off the rental we waited another 20 min.Customer service was okay. Price was good. No other issues.

I was a little concerned when we realized the rental facility was off site and we had to take a shuttle to get there but once we arrived we were relieved to find a clean and welcoming facility. The place was not very busy and we were in and out in less then 15 minutes. Our man Tra hooked us up with an upgrade too! I would recommend using Easirent in FT Myers.

2023 Nissan smelled like cigarettes and was 500 miles over oil change. Also witnessed 4 people get upcharged 100s of dollars.. definitely taking advantage of people who don't know better... also be aware if you are a Florida resident you only can drive 150 miles a day... not very good if you're planning on driving out of state

ZERO stars!!! (1 star is marked bc it wouldn't let me make it zero)There is fine print on top of fine print. Beware. Booked as car with unlimited miles. No unlimited miles "if you don't have a return flight scheduled at RSW". That's listed NOWHERE when you are booking online. I'm a travel nurse, not a local" I just needed temporary transportation. Also, security deposit is $500. When I inquired about keeping car an additional day due to necessity, I was told I "would need to come in to "re-rent" the car"....requiring an additional $500 deposit! When I balked, the representative told me that the "best option is to just return a day late bc they will only charge you the $30/day rate plus tax". I did exactly that, but was told I owed $82 on return!!! I kindly told the representative what I was told on the phone and his response was "there are not a lot of cars available so you were charged a fee bc we couldn't rent this car out". I have disputed this charge with my credit card bc I couldn't find it anywhere in the "fine print". They came up as the "preferred" agency in my search engine I just need to know how much they paid to have it say that!!!!

I didnt know there were car rental agencies left who did a minimum miles per day. Read the rental agreement! Rented a car for 50 bucks day... picked it up and got hit for an additional 25 per day for unlimited miles. Then the counter rep had the personality of dry toast.... what rep works with a hoodie on with the hood up... that is what i get for trying to save a couple dollars.I have to add to this! The car had to go through a toll... no one offered me a transponder.. but i figured it was not big deal. I just received an invoice.. the toll was $3.86..... the Easirent fee to process this toll was $25.00.Don't get fooled by their cheap rates... they are the Frontier/Spirit airlines of of car rentals.

Off airport location. Need to take courtesy bus. Had the best rates UNTIL you have to purchase SunPass usage. Ridiculous price charged per use fee, so you are steered into unlimited daily charge. Then we probably hardly used the toll pass, and you can't use your own SunPass because they no longer use the transponders, only the license number.

Trevor is the best because he made our rental fast. We came to Florida for a few days. We used Easyrent to get a car for a few days. We got the best car at the best rate. We couldn’t be happier with a different company.
