Had my car stolen a few months ago and was in need of a vehicle. With less than perfect credit, I was struggling trying to find a place to purchase from, but found DriveTime and I am soooo glad I did. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Met with Brad and jumped right to it; I’m a no frills kind of guy and hate the dance of a typical car dealership, Brad had no issue with just getting business done and was 100% straight up with how things work and we got to it. I definitely recommend getting on the app or website and getting pre-qualified, but you don’t need to. Also note, that the price shown as your down payment, is all you will need to pay the day of your purchase aside insurance), everything else can be rolled into the loan. Brad set me up with whatever I wanted to test drive, and let me have it. I ended up settling on a 2021 VW Jetta. They go through every detail with you prior to making any commitment, so you don’t really feel like things are not being explained properly or that you are getting screwed over in any way. If you are looking for a vehicle, or looking and think because of poor credit or lack of credit is holding you back from something nice, do yourself a favor and check out DriveTime! I wasn’t disappointed!

Best dealer in the SWFL area. This is really a in and out dealer you see something you like you work out numbers you are done. Ryan is the absolute best dealer manager out there. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for while still staying within my price range. I can’t thank him enough for helping me today. I will be sending all my family and friends to this place for sure. The other staff members were very nice as well and accommodating. Honestly the whole experience itself was very pleasant. The whole staff knew what they were doing even observing them with other clients they were all very organized.

If you’re looking for a place to buy a car with the best customer service and most smooth easy and quick in and out service this is the place to go!! I would recommend this place 100%! I went on a Saturday and let me tell you we were in and out with the truck we fell in love in 1 hour and a half which it would have been less than that if it wasn’t for my insurance provider not beating able to add my truck to policy on weekend but Bayleigh did her magic and was able to get us done and not have to wait till Monday!!! Thank you for awesome service I will definitely be back for any other car needs I have with Ryan and Bayleigh!!

My experience at looking at cars the past month has been nothing but exhausting. As a “first time-er” at dealerships for a car, I thought big dealerships were the way to go. Unfortunately, they constantly left me more stressed and exhausting, while wasting my time as well. Thankfully a friend referred me to Drive Time. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company, their professionalism, but still with a sense of compassion to find the right car for you. They don’t make you feel like you maybe getting scammed, their prices are incomparable, and I am nothing but highly satisfied. I went in thinking it would be a huge time waster, but they found the best car and price for me. Brad was amazing, went above and beyond, as well as the general manager. If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would. I will always be recommending people to come to Drive Time, and they now have a customer for life.
