Went to get a few things and then decided to use the restroom. Not very pleasant. But the staff was very friendly.

It was great. I had a lot of things in my basket and Meghan offered to get me a cart to make it easier. That was very kind of her. I appreciated it. Please thank her again for me.

maybe it was due to my super trip but going into the store was a delight. I got my two bottles of Awesome cleaner. when I got to the check out I was offer pretty swift service by a LaToya. Her line was closed but she took me anyway. LaToya told me she was closing because she wanted to help her new coworker. she did complete my items and when a second set of female customers came she politely told them to move to the next register so she could help the sale associate learn the process. she then helped the customers move their items with a polite demeanor. Being a Dollar Tree there were many items to look at or choose from. While it is now $1.25 vs. $1.00 it used to be the items offered now are worth value. in this case I definitely recommend stopping by to get some affordable stuff. 5/5 service rating

It's remarkable this particular location of dollar tree stays in business at all. Like most of the other dollar tree stores in Lee County this one in the plaza with Kohl's on 6 mile Cypress also on the sub-street Dani Drive, is understaffed and dirty to the point where one might use the word filthy. Merchandise is scattered around the floor & shelves look like a tornado has gone through the store - and each one of these operations in Lee County is maintained with the same disregard for sanitation. I suppose they will continue to do well because there will always be a lot of people who are willing to put up with the appearance of these shops in order to buy things for $1.25. No one can be blamed for looking for a good value, but whoever owns these properties Just seems to have a complete disregard for the appearance of these places or maybe they've tried in the past and just decided it's not worth it customers throw junk on the floor. I recently returned from a trip to Oceanside California and had to get a few things that had been confiscated by the airport Security folks. by comparison, the store in Oceanside, California could be compared to any Publix or other shop where people would enjoy spending a few minutes to pick up simple supplies. That description cannot be applied to any of these in Lee County.

Long lines with employees standing around not doing anything. The manager was on one register and was extremely rude when this was brought to his attention. It is Dollar Tree, so there's not much expectation anyway. But at least be polite and respectful to your customers. Maybe hire people that don't hate their life!

Always love this store. But, during the holidays, if staff is available, there should be more scheduled. Line as long as the store and the clerk was not in a hurry to get through the customers. She was taking her time, slowly, making conversation that was inappropriate. And stopping while ringing up to say something else. 30 minutes in line? No thanks

Really Organized, at this location and those who've been to a Dollar tree will appreciate that. Doesn't look like a tornado hit every aisle...

I just left dollar tree and I'm so mad at myself for not getting the cashier's name because she was awesome and we had so much fun while I was checking out I didn't get her name but she was amazing and you might be able to see by the time I went and the checkout who it was I was there around 11 am on Thursday (7th) but my visit was very much fun!! Only a couple of employees working a very busy store so I was surprised by how clean it was! ? Both employees were very nice. The store has the usual eclectic collection of things, all cheap. Best place to go for party supplies and first home supplies such as dishes, etc. Also tons of summer stuff and cleaning supplies.
