Amber and her coworker are knocking it out of the park the best they can. I'm so happy to say that she jumped on a liquid spill as fast as she could. Very personable and happy to see her there today. Store has huge potential, I believe she can do it.

Love their products! That being said the store is run very poorly. Not only is the manager rude, they made their employee sit outside in the 45 degree weather for over a half hour when they didn’t open the store on time. We have been to this location multiple times on many different days and every time it has been a bad experience.

For the past year or more, this store has been messy, boxes in the middle of the floor, shelves not stocked. I keep going hoping that maybe it was just an off day, or i just missed a crazy rush. I can say I haven't seen it improve. I do still check in there for items any time in that shopping center, so at least 1 time a month.

Customer Service is lacking. I went and purchased 4 lasagna pans, 2 rolls of foil paper and 2 rolls of parchment paper. I also purchased a toilet brush. Cashier named Marianela put EVERYTHING in ONE regular sized bag. I respectfully requested to put the toilet brush in a separate bag, she refused and said that she won’t place one item in a bag. When I mentioned it’s a toilet brush, she said “I’ll have to charge you for it. I have a problem with bags. Have a a good day”.

Horrible horrible girls customer service Shailey the pregnant girl needs to be fired immediately!!!! She did not want to move out of and older lady's way told her she needed to go around. Now another elder lady asked for help bc there's a big line she said in busy you will have to wait. Never in my 20 years of working customer service would I EVER ACT LIKE THAT. THEY WAY BOTH THESE PEOPLE ACT IN HERE SEEMS YOU PAY A VERY VERY VERY LOW WAGE! THEY AREN'T EVEN WORTH $8HR DEBORAH DIDN'T EVEN PUT HER PHONE DOWN TO START RUNNING THE LADY UP I'M DISGUSTED! WATCH YOUR CAMERAS AT ABOUT 4:10 PM.

This store use to be nice...clean and well stocked. Went today with my wife and it was a mess. The windows are filthy, most isles are messy with significant out of stock items. The front right corner was just a mess of debris piled up. Only one cashier and a long line. Won't return anytime soon.

Shelves are always always empty, they always have stuff in boxes in the back. Almost everyone talks like they are sleepy or don’t wanna be there. You can sense the laziness as soon as you walk in. Dirty and empty. Haven’t been able to find what I’m looking for any time I stop by. Different times different months. Nothing is ever stocked so leaving a review.

I was disappointed that the cashier Shailey had her cell and was talking on it the whole time she was checking me out. I don't think that cashier's should have their cell out let a lone be talking on it when working. I hope that Shailey get talked to about this and written up for it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this might be one of the dirtiest stores I have even been in. The customer service is terrible! The Saturday before Christmas they gave one register open and the manager won’t open another it’s was the worst experience I have even had in a dollar store and that says a lot !

Went to get a few things and then decided to use the restroom. Not very pleasant. But the staff was very friendly.
