Black guy and i say that cause he’s the only one who works there acts like he owns the establishment and always has something slick to say. Maybe he is special needs. If so I’m sorry but something is definitely off everytime i go in hes very weird towards me like I know him when in fact I don’t. Very odd.

I got there before store opened. Manager not personable at all. as he was outside sweeping and told me they weren't open. So I waited. The store was cleaner than it has been in the past. Shelves stocked. Clerk was nice, friendly. But again, the manager acted like he didn't want to be there, or he didn't want me there- haha. When I called out to him, once I reached the check out and noone was there, he informed me that there was a bell on the counter. He seriously rolled his eyes when he looked up and saw me standing there. Then he called to the clerk to come and check me out. (He was mopping). I worked customer service for years and the level of friendliness & helpfulness has dropped dramatically. Unfortunately, his attitude will trickle down to the employees real quick.

This store did not pass the 4000 review amazing service because the staff Member did not help the traveler who reports reviews to google for traveling people in the fort Myers city. And they have tank of gas just in front the entrance of the door .it is not safety for public and the store floor it was very nasty also the staff Member was out of control when he is under pressure from customer so my recommendation it is to review the store manager customers service procedure so I am very disappointed of this store service procedure

Very rude. Empty shelves. And had personal phone set up facing customers in line. Will not got back if asst. Manager Alex is still working there.
