David Smith saved the day for me!! He was very helpful in getting me insurance today. We had system issues. My Debit card was suspended. Had David on cell and my bank on my land-line. With patience and guidance David was able to make all this happen. David should be a trainer for when complications come arise. David handled and accomplished what I needed done. I hope somebody in management checks out that phone call from December 11th 2023 at 4:55 p.m. with Adriana as staff. Absolutely horrendous customer service and she hung up the phone on me because for some reason they're asking extra questions that I've never been asked before and I'm asking why they need that information. She is definitely not somebody I would want representing a company.
