As soon as you walk in, you are greeted. Very few retail companies have their staff walk up to you and ask if you need help. He showed me what wig was best, and everything i needed. so warm, polite, and helpful :) i will definitely be coming back again.

Really nice place when I picked out hair the nice lady recommended something that's not only more affordable but better then when checking out she gave me a nice discount I don't think any shop has treat me this nice ?

I love Diamond beauty. I’m huge on customer Service and from the moment you walk in you’re made to feel welcome. They don’t walk around. hounding you like a lot of these other beauty supply stores. One instance I’ll never forget, my daughter had a hair appointment and she didn’t have the all of her supplies. The store was to close in 10 minutes, not only did they not close, they waited about 10 minutes after closing for me to get there.

If I could have giving them no stars I would. It says they close at 7pm and when I got there at 6:30 they were already closed. Someone needs to update the hours of operations.
