My pregnant wife, who is particularly discerning about cleanliness and customer service, couldn't stop praising the store for exceeding her expectations. From navigating through the aisles to find our perfect new rug and kitchen towels, to the amazing deals that were hard to pass up, the service provided was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was the employee's maturity, attentiveness, and genuine care for my wife's needs during her shopping journey. It's rare to encounter such a combination of clean shopping environments and stellar customer service, which made this visit noteworthy. My wife is hopeful that this wonderful employee continues to bring her positive energy and exceptional service to the store, as it significantly enhances the shopping experience. “This place always has a great selection of name brand clothing and accessories. Easy and accessible parking lot. If you are looking for name brand clothes on a budget this is the place to come. Really organized and clean. They don’t close super early so that is a plus. I like going there Mondays as they usually restock and have the most merchandise.”

“I was very happy with some great buys I received at Kohl's. I wished they had electrical outlets for our stuff for Europe. Bought luagge as well as some nice cloths with hats, scarfs, everything. I think they had thier Epic event. Now the prices are way back up.”

“Good variety of clothes, I'm really bad at shopping clothes because I can never find the right size or I don't like the clothes. Here I liked everything and they had my sizes! Fitting rooms are big and very clean and service was polite and available. To top it up, prices were very affordable. My first time, my new fav store!”

“Good target location near dollar store a furniture store and Menchie's at the other end of the shopping center . There also restaurants around too. Like it because I go food shopping here jump to the dollar store and then menchies for a treat . This place is always clean and we'll stocked”
“Wednesday night an hour before close, I stopped by to pick up an online order. The staff was very friendly from the front door to the guy who gave me directions to the web order pickup counter to the lady who helped get my online order.
Good company to shop for Big & Tall sizes, but you usually have to order online to get exactly what you want.”
“I went with my daughter to visit The Franklin Shops in downtown Fort Myers and we had a wonderful time. I liked the layout of the store and their swirling staircase to get to their second level. We both absolutely loved all of their amazing crystals, cool clothing, and neat creations and gifts. Their prices were reasonable and the staff was nice and helpful. I bought a few crystals and a cute necklace from there. My daughter ended up buying some awesome colorful pants as well as a couple of crystals also. Wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back and see what else I can find to buy.”
“Love checking out Ross every week or 2. Never know what deals you will find! They get new stuff every week and are still recovering from the holidays! They always seem to be busy , always a line no matter how many cashiers. Some good deals but you may have to dig for them. Always treasures to be found!”

“I shop here every time I come down to fort myers and it’s always pleasant to shop at a clean and organized Target. On this day (05/22/2024) I had brought my youngest to pickup a couple things and he was crying over a dinosaur toy he wanted while I was trying to self checkout. I wanted to calm him down and get out of there as fast as I could. No it wasn’t a fit he was just crying and expressing that he was upset so I totally understand as I have been upset over things myself in the past. While he cried Toya came over and offered some stickers and a goodie to help me out. I can’t thank her enough for being so kind and sweet to us. I did call to give her a shoutout but the line was busy so if Target could do it themselves that would be great! Thanks Toya!”
