I wish that this store would stop making announcements asking the customers to remove the black hangers from items that they are purchasing. I got to the register and the cashier asked me to remove the black hangers. I don't work there. It doesn't matter if it takes an extra 2 minutes for the cashier to remove the hangers. No other DD's store that I've gone to has done that, or any other store I shop at.

I appreciate the brand and the discounted items that they offer (although the quality is usually noticeably lower than other brands in the fleet). This particular store is a mess, its disorganized and filthy and seems to always be understaffed leading to long lines and general chaos and messy merchandising. All of these things lead to one significant source, which is the store manager, "Wend" (woefully inadequate for her position and generally a harrowing experience if you ever have to deal with this trailer dweller). In addition to lack of abilities to run the store and keep in clean and organized, Wendy doesn't have a personality fit for being the garbage woman. She is rude, dismissive, unbelievably arrogant, and lazy. She treats her staff terribly and speaks so disgustingly downward to the customers and staff that it is a huge insult to the brand itself. This level of incompetency and lack of ability to grasp the fundamental basic concept of capitalism, which is customer service, is a disgusting display of willful defiance and contempt of the brand's vision statement and customer centered goals. She is a detriment to the brand and to the well being of anyone forced to be employed with her, but most important, she is decimating any hope that this store will do well. I hope that anyone else who has fallen victim to Wendy's inequitable and despicable behavior will join me in calling upon the brand to terminate such an ill-qualified and woefully inadequate employee who threatens the name sake reputation with every minute she is permitted onsite. I will not spend my money with any retailer who employs such a horrible manager who clearly hates her job and is annoyed at every request made of her. Save your money and head on over to TJ Max or Marshalls who excel in supporting a consumer focused workforce and who are superior in both quality of items and store management.

Get to the store website says they open at nine their door says they open at nine you call the number lady as rude as she can possibly be answered the phone and says they don’t open till 10. Proceeded to tell her that the sign on the door says nine she said, oh, and hung up. Don’t think I’ll be shopping back at DD’s anytime soon.

I walked in and was told by a very unfriendly employee I couldn't enter the store with a drink! I completely understand this policy except I have a medical condition that requires continuance access to water. My bottle has a full lid, completely closed, only with for medical reasons! I was definitely discriminated against as a person with a working dog was in the store at the point. I'm fully disabled and am covered by the ADA! Completely unacceptable to assume that I'm there Leisurely with a water bottle that is required to be on me at all times!

They have name brand stuff for cheap prices. Some of the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Then there is some who are just plan rude, but you have that no matter what store you go to. Just kill them with kindness. I love shopping at DDs.

This place has items for really cheap prices and the employees are very friendly but the cleanliness is not it. The floors are really dirty, most items are misplaced, and the store sometimes really smells bad.

Rude! If your thinking about drinking a water or coffee while shopping around you can’t and you’ll be yelled at and escorted out. Got yelled at as soon as a stepped foot in store with my coffee in a cup WITH a lid. Place is a joke!

Can find good deals. Go when you have time. You'll have to go through every hanger to find something you like in your size. This location was unorganized and dirty.
