DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Unprofessional and poor mechanical repair and customer service. Car needed differential assembly/module replaced. After two weeks they said the parts were replaced and the car was tested and safe to drive back to Ohio. Charged over $3000 only to have the car start to break down within an hour after I picked it up with warning lights and speedometer running in circles. Turns out they installed a faulty damaged module that was not communicating to other electronics in the car. Cypress would not respond to my calls or reimburse for the faulty parts and repair. They do not appear to be a member of the BBB.

They lost our keys to the car and when we called trying to get the replacement they told us they’d give us, they said they were gonna call the cops for harrasment.

They fixed my car but lost my key no big deal they said they’d get me another one it’s been 6 months and no key. Also pretty sure someone here stole my AirPods I always left them in my car for when I go to the gym and they disappeared after this. I would rate negative if I could absolute worst experience with a mechanic they seem nice but don’t trust them with $h!T.

Last week I dropped my car off for new tires as well as to get my brakes done. They took care of my needs and overall I was very happy with the excellent customer service I received. I would recommend dislocation for all your automotive needs!

Was not told about $140.00 charge to look at the truck although I got it fixed there. Mitch said something about a $29.99 charge then when it came time to pay the $140.00 was charged. I called Lou's Total Car Care and they quoted me $260 all inclusive for the purge valve I paid over $400 for here. I don't know if this was because I was a new customer, a woman, a minor or what, but I will not ever return. Mechanic was nice though.
