I've been living here for a while now, and I absolutely love it! Amazing amenities, friendly staff, and close to downtown Fort Myers. It's also super dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for me—my pup loves it here! I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

I moved in about a year ago. Building management is great and easy to work with. Great location right on the river with amazing sunsets. 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Fort Myers with good restaurants and bars with Publix right across the street for easy access to groceries.

I’ve lived here for almost 1 year now and cannot say enough good things about it! The building is still quite new and units are beautiful with modern furnishings. The staff provides top-notch service and hospitality, and maintenance is quick, friendly, and reliable if you ever need help with anything. The property itself is extremely well-kept, and it is maintained with a sense of pride - by both staff and residents alike. The location can’t be beat being right next to the river and having the riverfront boardwalk. It’s also the perfect distance from downtown where you’re close enough to walk there but far enough away that you won’t ever have to deal with any noisy downtown shenanigans where you live. The sense of community here is truly unmatched - everyone is SO friendly! Amenities are amazing and they never stop improving upon them (ex. adding pillows to all the outdoor lounge chairs, and upgrading our current coffee machine to a super fancy new coffee machine. Neither of these items were “bad” but it’s just refreshing to live in a community where they are constantly striving to provide the absolute best to their residents.. even though they don’t have to!)
Also, should note.. in my entire time living here I have never once seen an insect in my apt. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen them spray for pests but maybe being so close to the river you just don’t get many bugs here?! I was shocked. I feel like bugs go hand in hand with living in Florida but apparently not here :)
I absolutely love living here. Well done, Triton Cay!!

We just moved in on 8/1/24 and Patrik (our leasing POC) the entire staff and maintenance team have been superb since day one at Triton Cay. Great location and the amenities are great. The property is kept well all around. The location is ideal and walking distance to downtown Fort Myers and pretty much close to grocery stores, malls, restaurants and many other places. Highly recommend leasing from Triton Cay!

Brandon helped me in a tough time as Hurricane Ian destroyed my boat/home. The day after the storm they were open working hard to help anyone in need. He helped me and my friend Carl into a unit when no one else was there. The way Brandon and the Triton Team cared was the reason we leased. Two years later and I have renewed and have ZERO REGRETS. OUT OF EVERYONE THIS TEAM WAS THERE FOR US WHEN WE NEEDED HELP. Triton Cay Fort Myers will live down as the best community in Southwest Fort Myers! Thank you.

Look at the "Triton Cay Uncensored" Facebook page before signing a lease here.
Changed to a one star because managements response to negative review is to push their friends for reviews instead of fixing problems. Go look at the reviews posted directly after this one. And ask yourself why the percentage of reviews skyrocketed right after two negatives and why each review is "refuting" the facts that I feel all new tenants should know. Also, what percentage of these reviews are left by people who have lived here long term?
I moved in opening day, and lived here for two years.
I gave two stars instead of one, because it's not the worst apartment complex around. That being said... management tries to portray Triton Cay as a "luxury" living without going above and beyond for their tenants. They will penny, nickel and dime you the entire way offering no concessions for problems they cause. Jamie, the manager once called the on call maintenance man while he was on his way to unlock my apartment at 5am after my keys got lost on a flight home to specifically forbid him from unlocking my door. Nothing like sleeping in the hallway outside your apartment after a almost 24 hours in airports with a suitcase as a pillow, no blanket and work in a few hours. They also charged me for the lock being drilled out by a locksmith who I had to pay an exorbitant amount to make a call first thing on a Sunday morning. They don't clean the hallways regularly, I had to step over a coffee spill every morning for almost 2 months, and don't get me started on the dog poop. Maintenance takes forever which wouldn't be a problem for such a new building if it there was any quality craftsmanship. A huge number of the apartments leak, as well as many of the amenities simply not working consistently or are already looking unkept and worn out. There are cracks in the concrete walls, shoddy wiring, crooked light fixtures, defective appliances, intrusive alarm systems, and loud construction next door. And, good luck dealing with parking...not only are they going to charge you over $100 for a second parking spot even if you're renting a two bedroom, but they'll also try to ticket you for parking your own car in your own parking spot. I have a number of vehicles I keep in storage off-site which I was unable to swap out and enjoy driving regularly due to the fact that management allows only two vehicles to be registered with the apartment at a time. Most of the current tenants are paying significantly more for the same apartments as new tenants and the company refuses to give any breaks to those of us who have been in the building for a long time. I'm not going to ramble on with all the little issues, but rest assured that with the exception of Brandon who I believe truly does want to go above and beyond for everyone the rest of the management team has one goal and one goal only, to take as much of your money as possible while providing as little in exchange. Also, I was charged for nail holes in the wall after being specifically told by two of them not to worry about it.

If you're searching for an apartment complex that feels like a true sanctuary in Fort Myers, look no further than Triton Cay. From the moment I stepped foot onto the grounds, I was captivated by its charm and tranquility.
First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated in a serene neighborhood, yet just minutes away from all the excitement of downtown Fort Myers, Triton Cay offers the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Whether you're commuting to work or exploring the vibrant city scene, you'll appreciate the easy access to major highways and attractions.
But what truly sets Triton Cay apart is its exceptional amenities and impeccable service. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and meticulously maintained, providing the ideal canvas for creating your dream living space. The resort-style pool is a true oasis, perfect for unwinding after a long day or soaking up the Florida sunshine on the weekends. Plus, the fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, making it easy to stay active without ever leaving the community.
However, what truly makes Triton Cay stand out is the sense of community fostered by the dedicated staff. It's clear that resident satisfaction is their top priority. Not to mention, the regular community events and gatherings provide ample opportunities to connect with neighbors and make lifelong friendships.
In conclusion, Triton Cay is more than just an apartment complex—it's a place to call home. Whether you're a young professional seeking convenience, a family looking for a safe and welcoming community, or anyone in between, Triton Cay exceeds expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend making Triton Cay your next home in Fort Myers.

I have been a resident at Triton Cay for 2 years and I must say that Brandon has been instrumental in making this place feel like home. From the moment I moved in, Brandon has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are met and that the community thrives. it's organizing resident events, implementing improvements to common areas, or ensuring that amenities are well-maintained, Brandon and the entire staff , Marcella, Patrick and Jamie too! consistently go the extra mile to enhance the living experience for everyone.
