This pharmacy is a joke. The pharmacist told me my prescription would be available July 7th it is now the 19th I have been to the pharmacy on three separate trips being told that it is there and then I show up and it is not. I’m not sure of the incompetence, but this has been the worst experience ever. I am switching my prescriptions back to my previous provider.

They marked my daughter’s eczema cream as inactive instead of filling it as I was told by the pharmacy “the computer does that sometimes.” I am unable to refill it in the app, over the phone, or in person. The older gentleman behind the counter was not at all helpful, extremely rude, and argumentative. He asked for my ID which I handed him, and then he threw it back on the counter in front of me instead of handing it back to me. I will be switching to a different cvs location as this one seems to be going downhill very fast.

The older gentleman who works the pharmacy is not considerate of privacy for customers as he shouts everything for basically the entire store to hear. Changed my meds to be picked up somewhere else

Oh my gosh I left here with a smile.So basically my parents told me to run in and gets two gallon water jugs so I go in and I forgot how many so I leave the store the cashier says u need help and I was like no I’ll be back in a min.So I get the correct jugs and go to checkout and this cashier and me are talking and I was like,Ya i am getting these alone because my mom just had surgery and can’t walk.And she was like your such a good son and she gave me stickers and the vibe in there was amazing with her personality too ? .Then the nice old man behind me gave me to dollars .I love this store

This pharmacy has really gone downhill. Always understaffed, never know what they are doing and consistently rude. So disappointing.

Kathleen was such a huge help during my visit at CVS today! Came in looking for something specific and she helped me find it and walked me to the exact section. She also helped me get signed up for CVS Extra Care and told me all about the savings I could get!! Excellent customer service, thank you Kathleen!

Very rude and unprofessional. I am on a controlled medication. They finally have the medicine after a 2 week long back order. Then they proceed to tell me that theres a "glitch in the system" and can no longer fill it. I need to wait 2 weeks or call the dr. When they got the script deleted in the first place.They assured it would be done and filled in the morning the following day. I explained my frustrations as I work all day and cant just break away. His response. "Yea? So?"

Excellent experience on Saturday November 12th at 11:40am. We had a slight issue implementing our 40 percent off coupon at the register. The two professional young ladies behind the checkout counter immediately remedied the situation. Both exib Management Level skill set. Thank You!

My prescription showed 2 refills on the label. I called to refill. Pharmacist said I had no refills left that I had to contact my Doctor, that it wasn't his problem. Clearly CVS made an error and would do nothing to fix it. Transferred my prescription to Publix with much better service!
