Pharmacy drive through constantly has sign up stating “Pharmacy Department Closed”; I’ve seen this over the course of the last 2 weeks, when the pharmacy is indeed open and still has over an hour until close according to the hours posted RIGHT NEXT TO IT.Today I ended up going inside and making a joke about it while they filled the script; they just don’t acknowledge the comments about it.My concern for me is what if an elderly person pulls up and doesn’t know it’s actually open if you walk inside (if they even can?) and doesn’t get their medication they need. Blows my mind, not to mention there are several staff in the pharmacy.

Lol. They’re jokes. I called and a guy answered with “be with you in an hour” and hung up. Called again and they said “fuck you”. Boy, are you in the wrong profession ??

The pharmacist is rude and not equipped to handle the job. Went in for my birth control that I’ve been using for years. She proceeded to tell me that this one didn’t come with the syringe and I would need to buy some. I told her that’s not possible I’ve always had it come with my medication. She also told me I needed to go somewhere to take it like a doctors office or something to that effect. Which is also inaccurate. She clearly has no training and isn’t aware of the types of medication she’s giving to people which is DANGEROUS! When I told her that wasn’t possible she proceeded to get an attitude with putting her hands in the air at my face telling me to calm down. Also while I was still paying she just took off and ignored me!!! I could have walked out without paying she she wouldn’t have realized. So she also clearly doesn’t care if people steal. Find a better pharmacist!!

If you want to find out if your blood pressure medication is working try calling this store. The answering service puts you in a Covid circle of options so you never actually get to speak with a human. For the love of God, someone at CVS needs to call this locations #.

I asked my friend to get my a gift card ,while I ran into the restroom. I’m sick have a blatter problem. I’m helping the community rebuild after the hurricane so I have no way to send money to my daughter so I was going to buy her a gift card. RON THE MANAGER AND THE CSR TOLD MY FRIEND HE COULDNT BUY IT. So I come out the restroom and proceed to check out with the gift card. Ron and the CSR told me I couldn’t buy the gift card. I explained to them I was just in the restroom. Ron told me I was money laundering and try another store! I will get in contact with my lawyer for the FALSE ACCUSATIONS HE PUBLICLY ACCUSED ME OF.!

I don’t know why the review is so low but I had a great experience. The pharmacist was helpful even tho I didn’t catch her name and Anna (the cashier) she was very helpful and patient. 5/21/2023 before 3:30!give them credit❤️

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, I was a faithful customer for over 25 years! Justin the main Pharmacist is rude and incompetent. I reluctantly switched to Publix Pharmacy. I was very nervous after being with CVS for so many years but what a difference, they r so professional, the 2 Pharmacist are wonderful. They are all friendly and so helpful unlike CVS. This CVS should be looked at by Corporate because I hear the same complaints from people in my community!

Went through the drive through today to pick up prescriptions for myself and my granddaughter. Besides having to wait 10 minutes at the window, the pharmacist spoke to me over the phone, no person in sight. Unfortunately, I am hearing impaired and I recently returned from a rehabilitation facility for a broken femur. That is the reason I went through the drive-through. The pharmacist would not listen to me when I told him I was hearing impaired. He kept talking and talking, and I kept saying “I’m sorry, I cannot hear you”, I have hearing aids. This conversation went on for several minutes. I had no idea what he was saying because I couldn’t see his face. Finally, he picked up the phone by the window, looked and spoke down, so I could not see his face, and proceeded to tell me, in a very condescending manner, that I have to go in if I’m hearing impaired and can’t hear. Very rude, disrespectful, and just downright nasty. This is not the first time I’ve had a similar encounter with this particular pharmacist. If he doesn’t like his job and wants to be rude to customers, then maybe he needs to get a new job. I have heard from other people the same story, he is rude and disrespectful to customers.

This pharmacy closed ten minutes early while ignoring me sitting at the drive up. I arrived fifteen minutes before closing and when the car in front of me left they put up the closed sign as I pulled up to the window. I sat there and rang the buzzer until they turned off the lights and walked out of the store. Very bad service and all the manager would say was "we open at 9am tomorrow". Didn't care that my wife had no medication for that night. We moved to a different company.
