Wouldn't tell anyone to use your pharmacy. Even the 2 people in front of me couldn't get their prescription either..we all commented to change..

My doctor faxed an Rx twice, and they claim they never got it. After calling my doc three times, my doc asked to speak to the pharmacist. She said they would have to call the pharmacy.number and leave a message. How does this pharmacy stay in business with such horrendous customer service??? CVS shame on you. I’m switching to Walgreens and will never go to CVS ever again. And I will make sure to tell as many people that I can how awful they are so others don’t have to deal with this level of frustration.

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever seen. My Doctor tried 3 times to call in a prescription. Each time he sat on hold for at least 15 minutes and never speaking to anyone. He left 2 messages, but the staff denies ever getting his message. Had to finally give up and go somewhere else. They are so unprofessional.

The worst pharmacy service ever . They can’t seem to get their stuff together. My prescriptions will be three weeks behind pick up on all different dates. It’s just absolutely ridiculous. The service that you get at this location. What a disappointment.

Went there this morning to pick up prescriptions for my husband and was treated very disrespectfully by the girl who waited on me.I did not appreciate being treated that way. Thinking of changing to another pharmacy!

The worst customer service, tried to call on hold then silence for 15 min. Went to store and waited another 20 only to be told I had to go to another line and wait there. NOPE, NEVER AGAIN. WALGREENS IT IS!!

Too bad I can't give a "0".... Spent 10 minutes scheduling a covid test online and then WAITED 30 minutes at the drive-thru for the scheduled test only to be told that they couldn't do covid tests at this location!!!WHAT??? WTF??? WHY DO DOES YOUR WEBSITE ALLOW APPOINTMENTS TO BE MADE WHEN YOU CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE???!!! My brother and I were exposed to someone with covid and we NEED to know if we are positive before flying home. The home tests are not reliable and we couldn't find places with appointments today.

I was calling to get information about scheduling for the Pfizer vaccine for my new job. I unfortunately had to speak with Derrick. He was very rude. He would not allow me to speak. He just kept saying I’m in charge right now. I said I understand that but I still have a question. He never allowed me the opportunity to ask just kept saying call back tomorrow. We’re not doing vaccines any more today. I asked what his name and position was. All I got was I’m Derrick and I’m in charge right now. I simply said thank you and hung up.I usually don’t have any complaints with this CVS but the disrespect and disregard for their patients warranted this review. His position should be anywhere BUT behind a pharmacy counter. I’m thinking maybe a telemarketer as all I wanted to do was hang up rudely in his face. CVS should really consider personalities when hiring customer service providers not just credentials.

The pharmacy techs & the pharmacists at this location are REMARKABLE. They deal with the high volume of customers with grace & dignity. The are knowledge, kind and fantastic. This is my favorite location vaccines & prescriptions. My entire work family uses them.

The full time pharmacist, is over the top wonderful, she is and extremely helpful!! unfortunately the part time fill in, should not be dealing with the public, he obviously doesn't like his job.

Second visit to pick up a prescription for a friend. Both times the prescription was not available claiming it was never called in when in fact it was in their voice mail which I had to ask that they go to, then I was told to return the next day. Three other customers were in line with the same issue. Store was dirty. Charged incorrectly for photos. Will not return
