I don’t usually take the time to review locations based on a bad experience. But if you want your day ruined by an elderly woman obsessed with the hit teen Twilight series, by all means use this pharmacy. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt and just assumed she was a little weird. She’s standoffish and not very friendly. But I’ve been using this pharmacy since it was Eckards and don’t like change. Today I made the unfortunate mistake of asking a question about refills online vs over the phone… you would have thought I insulted the entirety of Team Edward. She threw an entire temper tantrum. If you valve your time or sanity take your prescriptions to Publix.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Extremely rude. I will never go to this pharmacy again and I’ve lived here my whole life. Just terrible people in the pharmacy, they hate their job and interacting with people and it’s very evident. Staff is awesome in the store part. Shelly is great and so is the stores general manager. I told the manager how terrible it is to deal with the pharmacy before I left today. I also made sure to tell the pharmacist he was extremely rude. Kudos to the manager for being cool.

The pharmacy customer service is terrible. They are always yelling at patients in line and it’s always the same lady. I don’t understand why you would become a pharmacist and hate working with people. She is always fighting with other employee and yelling at older patients. Most recently one with diabetes and she was going on and on about his syringes because he is a diabetic, but treated this poor man like a drug addict.

The pharmacists and techs are absolutely amazing and accommodating. There was a male pharmacist there in the past that was horrible, But the staff in there today I can't say 1 negative thing about, even when they are short staffed, not because they tell you, but because the pharmacist is working the counter while running back and fourth to fill scripts, she has the most positive sweet personality, both the pharmacists there are just great.

The pharmacy is short staffed and overworked. Can’t make a phone call and speak to anyone, phone message only. Long wait time on prescription filling.

No message that script was ready. Called, and automated thing could not find my script. It said I would be connected to somebody in the pharmacy. In the 12 minutes it took me to drive to the pharmacy, no one ever picked up the phone. The girl at the window did not greet me. She just asked for my date of birth and I had to repeat it several times. She also looked very upset/sad to be at work. I got my prescription filled but I couldn't say it was a very efficient or pleasant experience.

I went to the ER yesterday. They called 4 prescriptions into CVS. Twenty (20) hours later I get a text saying 3 prescriptions were, so I went to pick them up. The girl was rude to me. I was totally upset because of this. She told me they were working on the 4th. I said I’d wait and she said I couldn’t (I was in the drive thru). 20 hours and still NOT all presentations filled. That is ridiculous!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO CVS AGAIN. I’m done with the store.Update!!! This morning (1/06/24 I received confirmation that my 4th prescription was ready. This is part of the prescriptions sent in 1/04/24. This took them over 40 hrs to fill one prescription. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!I was told Friday morning that they were working on it. Ridiculous. The pharmacy should be overhauled.
