Huge lack of communication and care. If you hate your jobs, please work elsewhere.

The pharmacy is short staffed and overworked. Can’t make a phone call and speak to anyone, phone message only. Long wait time on prescription filling.

No message that script was ready. Called, and automated thing could not find my script. It said I would be connected to somebody in the pharmacy. In the 12 minutes it took me to drive to the pharmacy, no one ever picked up the phone. The girl at the window did not greet me. She just asked for my date of birth and I had to repeat it several times. She also looked very upset/sad to be at work. I got my prescription filled but I couldn't say it was a very efficient or pleasant experience.

I went to the ER yesterday. They called 4 prescriptions into CVS. Twenty (20) hours later I get a text saying 3 prescriptions were, so I went to pick them up. The girl was rude to me. I was totally upset because of this. She told me they were working on the 4th. I said I’d wait and she said I couldn’t (I was in the drive thru). 20 hours and still NOT all presentations filled. That is ridiculous!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO CVS AGAIN. I’m done with the store.Update!!! This morning (1/06/24 I received confirmation that my 4th prescription was ready. This is part of the prescriptions sent in 1/04/24. This took them over 40 hrs to fill one prescription. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!I was told Friday morning that they were working on it. Ridiculous. The pharmacy should be overhauled.

I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for years. I had a question for the pharmacist today about the change in the number of inhalers that I could get in a 90 day supply, because what they were giving me was different than what I have had in previous years. I was trying to ask the pharmacist if I needed more in the 90 day period if I could just pay for more. He continued to argue with me and was sarcastic and rude in the process. He actually said, “I will give you 400 inhalers if you pay cash”. I simply wanted to know if I could get more than 3 inhalers in 90 days, if I was willing to pay cash for an additional 1. I was not trying to argue. I was just trying to get a yes or no answer. I’ve never been treated this way by CVS Pharmacy employee before. It is absolutely not acceptable.

I came to pick up my kids prescriptions from this pharmacy consistently for 4 years and today the “pharmacist” Manny ( since he refuses to provide his last name) wants to refuse dispensing my sons medicine because he feels like it’s not correct for my son to take! This pharmacist acts like he is a doctor just because he’s credentials says he’s a pharmacist. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY AND I WILL MAKE SURE HIS LICENSE GETS REVOKED OR SUSPENDED IF SOMETHING HAPPENS to my son!

Not a review of the Pharmacy but of the store itself. I have never encountered more rude cashiers in any store ever. This location, every cashier I have ever had to interact with has been extremely rude. To the point where after she "yelled" at me today I decided I would rather drive 15 min to another CVS than give them my money, and I left. Self checkout is the only way to go at this store but when you buy something that will still need interaction with a cashier - do yourself a favor and drive to another location.

A quick stop to make a cash deposit (yes, you can do that) and it went smoothly. While here, I stopped to check a few things. The store is the same as every other CVS you've ever been to whether it's Kirkwood Missouri or Pampa Texas or Raleigh North Carolina.Full service pharmacy in the back, personal care, cosmetics, greeting cards, candy, coolers with cold drinks and plenty of over-the-counter medications and ointments and such.

Always a good shopping experience.Check their pharmacy hours before you go. They close for lunch (good idea).

Constantly hanging up the phone while being left on hold. Not only that but they’re rude as hell.

Went in to pick up my prescriptions that I got a notification for that they were ready. I get up to the window and give her my information and she says they only have one prescription available for me. And I asked her about the others and she said that they didn’t fill it because of the price. And so I was like okay? The price of the medication doesn’t change the fact that I called it in for a reason. And they said they don’t fill prescriptions when they’re expensive without checking first. WHY ELSE WOULD I HAVE CALLED IT IN. And then- they told me they didn’t even ever get an order for 2 out of 4 medications when it said clearly on my CVS app that they not only had them but they were filled and ready for pick up. But she insisted they didn’t have it. I just said whatever (very annoyed at the situation at this point I will say) I will pick up the one that is ready and asked her to run my GoodRX since I don’t have insurance yet because I just moved here. They went and about 5 minutes later came back and told me they couldn’t fill any of my prescriptions because it was still linked to my CVS account that I had insurance in Indiana. I DONT HAVE INSURANCE THERE ANYMORE AND AM A FLORIDA RESIDENT BEING PRESCRIBED BY A FLORIDA DOCTOR. So I asked how to take it off my account that I previously held insurance in another state she said that she couldn’t and that there was no way to bypass that as it is CVS policy. WHAT? So if someone used CVS in another state and then did something mind blowing like MOVE they can’t use another CVS. I said okay don’t worry about the good RX or the insurance I’ll just pay for out of pocket and she said no they still can’t fill it for me because I had previously held insurance in Indiana. At this point I am bewildered but can’t even deal with the stupidity anymore and just left. What company and for what reason will not take cash in hand to buy their product? After today, I will never go back and I have been a customer there for 15 years.
