Don't use this CVS. They are so slow and if they don't have someone in stock they just wait for you to show up to tell you they don't have what you need. Horrible service.

This is the worst CVS in town. They are rude, disrespectful, slow, their phones never work. They hang up on people all the time if you can even get through to them. Do yourself a favor and just find a different location.

This review is solely based on the pharmacy. I gave two stars only because the staff is always pleasant enough. However, they are so slow at moving people through the line picking up prescriptions inside and outside. I've never picked up my medications and not had to wait. I'm not talking a 5 minute wait, I'm talking 10-30 minutes. I'm not sure why, wether it's staffing or just an inundated pharmacy, but there has to be some sort of solution they can try. Also, they used to have two lines outside, but since COVID it's been cut down to one.

I really like this pharmacy because they are always fast with filling prescriptions. Also, employees are always have a helpful and pleasant demeanor. My hubby had his medicine filled here so instead of going inside, I thought Id go through their drive thru. One car in front of me. I won't gVe to wait long. I was wrong. The person in front of me was getting tested for COVID. It took about 20 minutes. I pulled up snd the girl at the window asked me if I was getting a COVID test. I replied No. she kindly apologized and explained to me that the drive Thru was only for COVID testing and that I had to go inside to pick up a prescription. She was very nice so I couldn't be upset with her. I went inside and there were 2 cash registers at the pharmacy but only one person working the window and only one person at the window. I was first in line. I thought cool not too long of a wait. Yep, another 20 minutes and someone finally came over and opened the other register. Again, they were very apologetic and sincere so I was calm. Usually everything is speedily done. I noticed another person went through the drive Thru window for a prescription pick up so I'm glad it wasn't only me. They just need to mark the drive Thru lane better so we would know not to go through the drive Thru. I still find this my favorite CVS location I just feel it was a bit of an off day for them. I will return but not go through the drive Thru for any prescriptions.

Very couteous service from everyone we interacted with. Good problem solvers for a potential issue with my wife's COVID vaccination record card. And a nice discount coupon for being a CVS customer. Kudos and thanks to all!

Useless. Pick a different cvs. Save yourself the time. Corporate needs to consider restaffing. If I could rate 0 I would. WILL NOT BE BACK.

This location has terrible customer service! Transferred a prescription on Wednesday from another CVS to this location and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. Get there 2 days later and prescription not filled, no apology, just come back in 2 hours and it will be ready, that is the best we can do! Call 3 hours later and guess what still not ready and no one knows why other then there is a cost which I approved both times! I understand they are busy but there is no excuse for this type of service!!

Worst cvs ever, bought 2 different eyesdrop because my eye was hurting, but I came back to return one for 11.79. But on my bank of America's debit card say I was charge another 11.79$. Cvs cashier doesn't even know how to do a refund right. I think she needs to go back to school for doing her cashier job right, not to insult but I wasted more gas money then for a refund by keep coming back there.

Micheal the pharmacy manager helped me through a huge problem today. The urgent care I went to and seemingly most of the staff were extremely incompetent and put me through the ringer all day as I tried to get the correct prescription. Michael fielded several of my calls personally and truly cared about helping me out. Thank you.
