I was in search for a medication for my dog that the veterinary prescribed. Out of all the pharmacies I went to this location was the only one who had what I needed. I wish I got the pharmacists name because she went above and beyond to help me get the medication I needed very quickly and get the costs down. I can't thank her enough for all her help and compassion.

Came in at 9:58pm to run inside and grab medicine for my daughter. But when I walked in I was told that they were closed. I told them there was 2 minutes before they closed and I just needed 1 item. But they refused and told me all the drawers were taken out. They obviously just wanted to leave.

Terrible customer service. It's been two weeks since my RX has been ready for pickup at the Walgreens across the street from this CVS however they both know as I've been calling both drugstores TWICE DAILY to transfer my prescription to CVS, who do take my insurance. It's been 2 weeks. The RX was ready for pickup 2 WEEKS ago. Till this day, the RX is still not transferred for pickup at the CORRECT pharmacy. I'm absolutely infuriated at the state of my skin condition with all this time passing I have not been able to take my medication. I'm beyond devastated. This should be a crime. Apparently a patient's health isn't of importance to a f*cking PHARMACY who takes it sweet time. Edit: second bad experience with this pharmacy this week, same scenario as described above happened again. I called yesterday and someone said they would transfer my prescription. I called today and spoke with the manager Andrea who was very rude and talked over me, obviously had an attitude in her tone of voice, speaking over me asking me to repeat what I had already said cause she couldn't hear me over her own voice. She said there was no record of a RX transfer and I told her I literally have a call log I called yesterday at 2:30 pm and she said she as a manager does not have the power to access call logs and confirm anything. I told her she should fire her employee for lying to me and conducting bad business. She said "nah." And "nobody's lying." She should lose her job! This is absolutely ridiculous. Reporting to BBB

I have moved and tried getting my scripts transferred from my old CVS to the new when I called the pharmacist Andrea Johnson answered and was rude when I asked about a specific med. then I tried to ask her about transferring my meds to that cvs she got rude again and I told her I didn't have to deal with that over the phone and hung up. I then went to the cvs and asked to speak with someone other then her and she got rude with me again and I said I'm not doing this with so she told me I'm not filling your meds or helping you. I called corporate and they confirmed I'm was at the mercy of her to get my meds filled because i couldn't get one transferred.

Encountered another lady there whose doctor sent her Rx 3 times, with them still claiming they had no record of it. My doctorcalled in my Rx for a third time at 5 and they said it would take an hour. At 6:40, still not ready but they said it was \\\"almost done.\\\" By 7:15, still not ready. Finally was able to pick it up at 7:40 pm, after watching another customer unload on them for stringing him along as well. He never did get his prescription. This place is a mess. You are better off to drive an hour out of your way to another pharmacy to fill your prescription. You will certainly get it faster that way.

I went to get a passport photo at CVS. I was greeted by a pleasant and friendly young man that took care of me. He was all done in about 7 min. Excellent service ?

Worst pharmacy service you will ever experience. One of my prescription was not filled after 7 days of waiting, then they refused to fill it while I wait, it's only putting one syringe in a paper bag! When I said they have terrible service and the pharmacy was filthy, they said go somewhere else! I will and you should too.

UNCARING, RUDE pharmacist. (Mature female) I am working here from out of town. My pharmacist at home said to have this CVS call them and they would transfer the prescription today. I have 3 days left and need it. This CVS pharmacist was extremely rude and said all transfers take at least a week to TEN DAYS! Our doctor's staff said they never heard of such nonsense. We went to Walgreens down the street and they said they would call our home pharmacy and have in 24 hours. This CVS deserves its bottom of the dung heap rating.

I just got home after waiting in the florida heat at the drive thru for 30 minutes it may not seem that bad but I got off work thinking I will just go thru the drive thru since I am so stinking hot. Three people were waiting in front of me. I thought “we’ll it shouldn’t take to long”. But NO it was 30 minutes I was in line. The pharmacist never said I’m sorry for the wait kiss my foot or anything! I just am so mad… I try to be understanding but just put a little kindness out there pharmacist just throw a dog a bone. Just to let me know I’m important.

I drove several miles to pick up something only to find the manager at the door refusing to let people come in. If you are supposed to be open till the posted hour for closing then stay open and don't close early!

I went in there to buy cat food. No price in the aisle asked multiple people , crickets. One person said they had no cats.. okay.. what do you normally pay??? Barter at CVS, I guess...Maybe happy hour starts earlier than I thought...People complaining about the pharmacy...get me out of here .Cats got tuna , will go to Publix tomorrow, I have headache, afraid to ask where the aspirin is.
