After being with Metro for 25 years I switch to Cricket because after talking with Wanda here she made a great deal for me that I couldn't beat and I highly recommend that you come see her for anything that you need.

The girls always go above and beyond for customer service..by far the beat cricket store i have ever gone to..in fact the only cricket store i use. Deff worth 5 stars in my book.

Took several trips to store to get internet access on newly purchased phones. It was because they did not set phones up correctly. Manager is unapologetic and appears to care very little about customer service. Several other mobile shops walking distance, I suggest you check them out first.
