It made what could have been an unpleasant visit a positive one. It’s hard to find the 1:1 attention anymore at establish but she went out of her way to resolve an issue that would have resulted in closing my account. Good customer service is hard to find and this will keep me coming back.”
“I love the bank. Not to happy that on a Saturday you have 1 teller and she is opening a bank account for someone. Saturday is still a work day for most of us. We don't have hours to spend waiting in line for 1 teller to open a bank account. This is a big inconvenience since most places close early on Saturdays”
