Even though the lines are always long if you actually pay attention to how much time you wait till it’s your turn it’s usually less than 3-4 minutes total for each car in front of you. So 4 cars in front of you should be 12-16 minutes wait time. Try timing it next time for yourself. Plus your wait goes by faster doing it.

Most folks can line up on either side but unless I want to run the hose *through* the Sprinter van, I have to be on this side. The queue went fast enough and I was at the pump. Scan my membership card and then my payment card, fuel up and go.
Costco fuel is usually cheaper than other stations because you're getting the subsidy of your membership. And they do not have any other services at the pump including not having a squeegee.

Little miss brunette middle aged chatty Cathy is always too busy talking to her regulars and ignores you when you need help. Seems nice until you realize she’s only nice to her regulars.

Always 0,10 to 0,20 cents cheaper from any other competitor.

Helpful employees. They even have hearing aid store and pharmacy inside. Join to get a membership and you get regular or premium gas at a price better than any gas station around. You can only get the gas as a member. You can't share membership card. They just added an outside location to make spare car keys. Yes they sell in bulk but price competitive especially vs Publix. The only downside are there are no signs to indicate what is down the isles. This is a Costco strategy to get you to spend more time shopping. There is a modest food court that is usually busy. It helps to provide a spot to sit, rest and curb your hunger from all the walking you do there. We got a whole home generator at a better price plus a Costco card to use , based upon the refund you get , based upon the price of the generator. My neighbors used them to book a flight and hotel to Hawaii that they said was great. They also have car bays to change car and pick up tires. I think that is the only car service they provide. They sell a lot of TV's.

I give them an F for delivery service. I ordered online but saw the product in the Naples, FL store. Scheduled delivery was between 3:45 and 5:45 today, Friday, August 25. Truck is at our gate, they call me to get gate code. I return call. Recording on delivery person's phone has blocked all incoming calls. Couldn't believe it! I repeatedly try to call them only to get same message. I get in my car and go to the gate and surprise, they are gone! Customers don't deserve to be treated this way. I have waited all day, made preparations for them, moved furniture to make it easier for them and they block all incoming calls to them and then leave and go back to the warehouse. When I finally got a human voice in customer service and not a digital voice that did not answer my problem, I was told that unfortunately they are at the whim of the contracted delivery service. All I can say is that these drivers were not qualified to deliver. I know they don't care. What kind of delivery person blocks return calls? They don't know how to work their phones? Also when following up with a human person in customer service the driver apparently lied to them and said no one was home. Wrong, I was sitting right there waiting for them. Incensed, yes. Bad business for Costco.

I normally go to Costco for their amazing gas, but today my parents were pumping gas, and around the 3 dollar marker they found out gas wasn't actually pumping. They tried to wave someone down but couldn't get anyone's attention so they left and called me. I ended up calling a manager and tried to resolve the issue. He told me to just have them go back to the gas station and they would fix it. So I drove up with them. When we did and I mentioned to the employee about it they looked at me like I was crazy. I further tried to explain only for them to tell me how to call for help from the pump. That doesn't help the fact my parent paid for something they didn't get.it was only 3 dollars but it's more about the fact they did nothing to make it right, atleast give them a refund...

A little cluttered but good selection and good prices.I wore my sunglasses inside. I didnt even put them on my head, i just wore them- inside -I felt like a bad ass.The meat felt like good quality and the mangos were nicely ripe. I dropped a three pack of pizza sauce but they didnt shatter. God shines his providence over me despite my trespasses. Thank you God.I would like to see the pallet jacks and other equipment put away rather than blocking isles and awkwardly obstructing the store.

Walked in and boy is this place busy. Luckily the isles are very wide. Still a crowded feeling though.Lots of options for food in bulk which is very nice. All nice prices and tastes good.Overall, a great place to shop.

I had the exact same experience as Aileen. Wish I had read the review before. Had a screw in one tire. Not in the sidewall, in the tread. Initially told it likely could be plugged. Then I get a call from the tire guy stating that Costco policy requires a new tire and if I wanted a plug I could take it to a Mom and Pop tire place. Long story short. Ended up getting 2 new tires at a cost of over 500.00. Feel like I was snookered.
