staff is always nice, takes a while but generally only the one doctor there so it's understandable. bitty did not love the cotton swab in her rear end test but that's to be expected.

I love this office not sure why there are so many negative reviews. They are always kind. Have been bringing my dogs for shots and nail clippings for a while, very affordable. My girl was acting off not eating etc. we went in to get her checked out and everything seemed fine. Brought her back because things weren't improving(no charge for revisit) second doc recommended an X-ray so we went through and ended up needing emergency surgery. They treated my girl well and she is back to eating and being her happy self. I would recommend always getting a second opinion or asking for more test when your pup doesn’t seem right because this could’ve been life threatening! Glad we caught it in time and I'm very grateful for their team.

We brought our elderly dog here for sudden end of life euthanasia and they treated our dog and us well despite us not being clients. We continue using this vet for our other dog’s annual dental cleaning and they do a wonderful job!

Dr Foxwell was great. That location on Dani Drive gets very busy during the day but if you go early it's not too bad and very reasonably priced. A nice atmostphere staff is very friendly.

Gratitude unexpressed is ingratitude. So I’m taking the time to write this to show gratitude in a job well done at a reasonable price. We called Friday and made an appointment for Saturday teeth cleaned and tooth extraction. Everything went as planned and our dog Tiffany (10yr. Old Lab) now has nice clean teeth. Sent home with antibiotics and pain medicine and a happy dog with clean teeth. Dr. W. Dane Foxwell and staff did a great job! On their website his bio says it all. “I PRIDE MYSELF ON WORKING AS HARD AS I CAN TO HELP AS MANY ANIMALS AS POSSIBLE”
With that said, actions speak louder than words. He’s living up to his words of being a model Veterinarian for the animals. NOT BASED ON GREED! Most people cannot afford dental work for themselves let alone a pet nowadays. Higher volume lower prices helps more animals live a healthier pain free life. The sad truth is pets will not get the health care they need if it’s not affordable.

Awesome staff! Very personal my dogs are very skittish and the staff goes the extra mile to make my girls comfortable. I have pet insurance but this office is out of network. It’s worth it for me to just pay Out of Pocket! Love it here!

I brought my dog in for a sedated teeth cleaning for the first time today. 8/29. I arrived at 8 am, I was in a room by 9. The Dr. Explained everything so i was comfortable. My dog also had some stomach pain, the Dr suggested an xray, so we did that too. My dog had to have 3 teeth pulled, one was infected. The xray showed that she had pulled some muscles in her back. They cleaned her teeth so wonderful, her teeth are shiny white. They gave me some meds for her and Explained her care at home. All of the staff, the Dr are all top notch. I will be back and I will be telling my friends about her as well!

Got there at 9:40 in the morning. I understand I didn’t have an appointment but when I walked in and I checked in with a gentleman and I asked how long it would be he told me there’d be about a 30 minute wait OK no problem it was about 30 minutes to get in the room and then I sat in the room for an hour and 20 minutes For nobody to come into the room and I specifically asked because I knew I had a bad allergies

On 7.7.24 my sweet cat Riley passed away seconds after the tech put his carrier in the car .
He chocked to death.
They " tried giving him oxygen " for at least 30 minutes while I waited in a room .
He had already passed when they took him into the back .
I have my suspicions as to why he died.
The unprofessional manner in which this was handled is beyond reproach.
This Dr Amy never came into the room to ask me what had happened and she never can into the room to express condolences. It was like my sweet gentle fur baby had never even been there.
Unforgivable
Please think twice about taking your pets to this place.
NO STARS

Actually NO STARS Please think twice before you take your pets to this place. My 16 year old kitty Riley passed away seconds after the tech put his carrier in my car . He choked to death . I have my suspicions why this happened . After a ran back into the lobby to scream " he's dead " ( and he was ) they took him back and after 30 minutes the tech came into the room I was into tell me " he didn't respond to oxygen ".. of course not! I spent time holding his body, loving him and telling him I was so so sorry . It shouldn't have ended this way. The vet Dr Amy , who's care he was in NEVER came to the room, never asked ME what happened and never gave her condolences. Unacceptable behavior. It was like my baby was never there

The staff is so friendly for a walk-in clinic and helpful. Dr. Amy Bosecker was able to help me understand what was going on with my super active fur baby. She was very playful with my pup and was able to keep him at ease. I highly recommend the staff and Dr. Amy.

I love this vet group. The first time we went here our dog had an emergency and they took her right away. They were kind and diagnosed the issue right away. The best part was they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg as our previous vet in the cape did. They performed the. Necessary tests no more and no less. I never felt that they were trying to take advantage of us. The staff is wonderful, happy, and accommodating. We have made Colonial vet our go to vet for everything. It’s clear that they really care about the animals first which is refreshing. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had to take my German Shepherd in last minute for an emergency and let me tell you they were so nice and friendly to me and my fur baby. I love how they are open late and that their prices are reasonable. This will be our new veterinarian office. Thank you!
