After posting unhappy review received a call from Steve customer service. Steve informed me a new recliner sofa would be delivered and defective one picked up. 3/21/2024 recliner sofa was delivered and is working fine. I appreciate what Steve did for us. Thank you. Conni

City Furniture does not stand by the In Home Warranty. They send someone out just to passify the customer and they don't fix or replace the furniture. Don't buy from them. They don't even deserve one star.

We purchased a Serra mattress this weekend. Tom waited on us. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The mattress was delivered on Monday am as promised. The delivery was very smooth. We love the new mattress!

Buyer Beware Post update Since my 2/21/24 post and because of it a city furniture rep reached out to me and worked to resolve my issue. As a result, I want to clearly say that this store will honor a legitimate claim for which I am Thankful.

I hate to even give one star. The Fort Myers City Furniture delivery experience was a nightmare. Promised a Saturday 9:30a-12:30p delivery window. Recd a text at 9:55a telling me delivery was 15 minutes away. Let's forget the atrocious details. After no contact and no delivery I finally at 2p reached customer care and was told "Gee, so sorry. Your item is not on the truck because it is actually a backordered item." Then a minute later associate told me they can get me my totally paid for item by Wednesday. I asked the agent, Is it backordered or available?? Obviously the item never made it on the truck. Lies, incompetence, lies, incompetence. Do yourselves a favor-stay away from this incredibly unprofessional operation.

Worst experience! we bought a patio furniture set and they delivered wrong chairs. They have been to our house four times already and keep bringing the same wrong items. very frustrating

The company sells you on the stain removal program but conveniently finds ways to not be able to cover the stain. I think this a total scam and would never recommend purchasing from this store. This is the second time they would not stand behind their product!

I forget the lady name who helped me out buying new furniture at City Furniture! She's gets 5 stars for the help ! But delivery guys get a zero stars for damaging inside walls and front door . I tried calling CF and never got response back from damages done by the movers . I will never order anything else from City Furniture Company...

CITY FURNITURE DELIVERY WAS HORRIBLE. The driver dropped my item off the the WRONG house! When he called to confirm his arrival time i did not pick up as i did not see the call. When i called back, he proceeded to tell me he delivered it to me and i signed for it & hung up. I spoke to customer service & confirmed they had my correct address & asked for a picture of the delivery. The picture of where my things were delivered was in a house i dont even recognize, and they left my stuff there WITHOUT confirming any of my order details with whoever they dropped lt off too. ONTOP of that, customer service said they will redeliver to me and i'll recieve a call when my driver is on the way. Well the driver went back to the address he delivered my things at and brought it to my house but just left it outside. No call, no knock , no NOTHING. Just left it there OPENED from whoever they left it to prior to me, & just LEFT IT OUT on my front door. So unprofessional. DONT spend ya $ here . Its not like they are delivering thousands of dollars worth of stuff since furniture is SOOOOO cheap. RIDICULOUS, 0 STARS.

This store is huge and has lots of choices. The salespeople left us alone while we shopped which was much appreciated. When we were ready to make our purchase the salesperson was friendly and the process was fast. Didn't give a 5 star rating only due to the aggressive push for to purchase a warranty/ insurance for our items even after we initially declined.Update- after being told all of our items were in stock, turns out they aren't. Not only that but the stools that go with the bar are actually discontinued, not back ordered as was stated in the email they sent (I had to call and inquire about the back order timeline to discover that bit of information and the person who I dealt with on the phone initially was not helpful and rude.) So, the order was canceled. I did receive my refund in a timely manner. Based on this I changed my rating from 4 to 2 stars.

Walked in today , and was greeted. It fell short after that. It felt like I was judged and had no salesmen ship after that. Walked around for at least an hour with no one really caring I was there. Truly felt I was not wanted. The one salesmen that greeted me said she had to go to the bathroom and would meet me. Well she never tried to find me accept saying good bye to me when I left the store. Never will do business at this store.

Very large store with a large and various selection. Our salesperson, Ryan Zimmerman, was informative, patient, and lead us throughout the whole showroom with our three kids which took hours. We appreciated his knowledge, professionalism and kindness.

Andre was the most professional and understanding salesman I ever had, not only did he make my sale easier but he made my shopping experience one for the ages. Utmost class and knowledge of his items, even gave me free cookies and got me a coffee. I don’t know what you guys are paying him but you need to double it he keeps the energy in that place.
