Just purchased a living room couch and this was our 2nd purchase from City Furniture in 5 years- Justin was a great sales rep- relaxed, informative, friendly, and not pushy like other furniture stores we’ve been in lately. Great selection and I like that they are a “green” company with a commitment to not using harsh chemical protectants. We will be using City again as our 1st go-to when shopping for furniture.

We did a big purchase today with my family, we have been customers for a long time and have bought thousands of dollars in furniture. We came in today for the Memorial Day weekend sale but when the time came to check out they didn’t give us any discounts it was a purchase over 7K. A little disappointed with the customer service and we also ended up canceling a nice accent chair because of this.
