Where is my 1* review from 2 yrs ago? 1* AGAIN. Haven't been here in awhile, thought I'd stop for a frozen coke. Nope, machines down. Lot and lawn are disgusting, trash, no maintenance. How does CircleK and Sunoco allow this trash pit to represent their product?

This morning I went to buy some things before going to work and among them I bought a blueberry muffing which was damaged and with fungus, I hope I don't get sick since I tried it but when I realized that it had a different flavor I looked at it and I could see the fungus, I quickly threw it away, I have photos of this

The store itself may not have the best reviews but hands down Ms Tracy is the best!! She is knowledgeable the rest of the staff lies bc they either arnt trained properly or just dont care I suggest corporate get involved immediately and get staff trained and definitely give ms. Tracy a raise!!!

Absolute worst store in lee county!! I work close to it so it WAS “convienent!” The prices are always higher than what the signs say, you ask about it and are told there is nothing they can do. Today was the second time that I have been asked for ID to buy cigarettes. I’m 52 years old! You can not tell me I look under 30. I come on my lunch break. Never again! Anything but convienent and they never care that they’re overcharging you. What ever happened to customer service? I will be a good steward of my money as go else where.

Went in there to get hamburger buns and was fortunate to get the last bag on the shelf. Well, when I got home and after hamburgers were made we open up the buns and to our disgust they were all moldy. I don't understand how. The business is even running with attention to inventory this bad

If I could give No Stars I would. Yesterday I was near your store at the Toyota Collision Center getting vehicle repaired. While waiting for my vehicle I walked to the store to grab some things. After walking to the store from the collision center I was met at the door by one of you workers that stated the system was down and locked the door. I had time since I was waiting on my vehicle so I figured I would wait for the system to come back up. While waiting the same employee walked over to the service window box and stated that the manager was there and told me I couldn't sit out there. I explained to your employee that I had walked from the collision center next door and waiting for the system to come back up and she walked off. I then moved from near the door area and continued to wait. While continue to wait I was greeted by two officers that said that they were called because the "Store manager had told me to leave and I didn't" which was a lie. I explained that I was getting car repairs and only walked to the store to grab a few items and since the system was down that I was only waiting for it to come back up. I was then trespassed for no reason whatsoever. While leaving I called the Circle K store to file a complaint with the store manager only to find out that the manager that was said to "not want me sitting where I was sitting was not the manager of the store. She told me that she was the manager of another store. I told her that I was trespassed from the store for no reason and wanted store info to file a complaint. She stated that she couldn't give me any info. It also seems that this store is very problematic to it customers considering these ratings. Disgruntled employee problems shouldn't filter over to frustrations for customers that patronize your business and provide the wages that pay these same employees. Who in management could I talk to to get this trespass order removed?

Walked in stood at counter . Attendant on Floor, didn't acknowledge me..so I moved in front of her where she begins to tell me where else I can go to be helped...I politely told her I would go to another friendlier establishment . 2nd time may even be the same person . Doors are always locked and it’s only 9:00/10:00pm that’s really aggravating so I go and bring my business to the one up the road.
