New to cigars, walked in, made eye contact with 3 employees, said "Hey how's it going?" to each one, all 3 responded with sustained eye contact and total silence. Perfect. Wasn't busy in there, but noone greeted, offered to help, or spoke to me until I picked up the cigar I wanted from the humidor, then one of the silent weirdos was whipping in there to let me know I couldn't touch anything. I didn't want to smoke it then, but it was cut and lit before I could say anything. Didn't ask if I needed anything else. Again, it was my first time so I wanted to get a holder, cutter, torch if I could. When asked if I wanted it cut one of the two ways, I said "I actually don't know the difference", in an attempt to receive some education, and laboring under the, apparently false, assumption that the person checking me out at the cigar bar might be a hospitable human being, on account of his employment in the hospitality industry. Homeboy ignored the comment, cut my cigar how he liked it, shoved it at my face, torched half of it (I didnt roll it or anything and he didn't bother to educate me on that either), and then spoke to his buddy over my shoulder as I, just trying to get a response from someone at this point, said "Thanks man, have a good one" three times, to no acknowledgement. Good place to grab a cigar if you are in a hurry and would rather not speak to anyone, I guess.

We go to all three of the cigar bars. Atmosphere at the Fort Myers downtown location is always fun. They have a great selection of cigars. And they're happy hour. Drink prices are a great. The bartender's last waitresses are always friendly and remember our drinks every time we walk in.

In and out a few times during St. Patrick's Day to get drinks and bathroom break. Great staff. Very friendly.

Went to see a band here, so I can not complain about being too smokey as I knew what to expect ! I assumed they would have smoke reducing fans, but I'm not sure if they did?
There is no food here, so make sure to hit oxbow before the music starts.

If you like cigars, outstanding drinks, good Music and the best bartender and servers. Than this is a must stop.Very good selection of Cigars including David off and Ashton Monarch.Buffalo Trace Bourbons including eagle rare and Blanton's. They also have extensive selection of Scotchs and cognac including Lui XIII.
Parking: Can be difficult to find parking especially if events are going on but that's to be expected.
Kid-friendliness: Not a place to take you kids. This is a Cigar Bar not Chucky cheese.
Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely accessible.

First time visiting and it was very nice staff. Friendly too. Has a good atmosphere everyone having fun. And they have someone help you pick out a cigar in there walk in humidor who is very knowledgeable . Would recommend u visit if you have the chance.

Wednesday nights along with Friday and Saturday are superb musically and the mixologists are top rate friendly.

I mean what you talking about Willis!!! The live bands are awesome, headbangers ball all night,. It;ll bring you back to some incredible rock memories and mmmmmm, the ladies are awesome,,, dance dance dance and shacck laaaaacka that !!!!!
