“Bealls has changed a lot since covid. Some good like the layout of the store and customer service is really good. But I find that the merchandise is not the same quality. Also I can't always find what I'm looking for, like certain sizes, baby/toddler shoes.”

“I found too much to buy! I had a hard time, but it was because of my mobility, not Penney’s fault. I shopped too long, and when I was ready to check out, I hobbled to the cash registers at the exit near where I’d parked to find it was closed! Had to make my way painfully to the other exit and call “my guy’ to drive around and pick me up!”

“Personable and kind employees. Also like the fact that they are family owned. I find some good buys here but when selling items, they don’t accept many items and also they don’t give much for larger items that were barely used (for example, a Fischer price bassinet that was hardly used and in excellent condition was only offered $13 compared to the original price of the bassinet.”
