Every time I come here and have an interaction with a lady named Cherie, she’s extremely rude. When it’s any other clerk I have no issues. Cherie is gonna get an ear full one day. I treat people the way they treat me. So if she wants to keep up with the attitude then she’s not like what I have to say to her face the next time. I don’t care. If I see her out in public I’m going to call her out, I can be petty too. Dumb B.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at this particular chase bank. The staff was friendly. we had a appointment with a gentleman by the name Matthew. He was very pleasant and professional. What ever issues we had he was sure to resolve. Great customer service!

They do a fantastic job of making a tedious task an enjoyable and simple process. Martha the relationship manager has a fantastic personality and an even better understanding of being able to explain everything in detail. I heard great things about chase and they have absolutely set those expectations.

Martha Wilson is one of the finest chase bank employees I've ever met. I walked in on a Saturday morning and she helped me notarize some papers explaining everything along the way. I was in a hurry and she was very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly and did not rush me. She , even without asking, introduced me to an app which I was unaware of called credit journey under my Chase phone app which can help protect your identity through Chase .I immediately set it up in seconds.I've been with Chase Bank for 40 years in 3 states and all of their employees I've ever met have been top notch, Martha is a fine example of those people. I and my other family members all have gone to Chase and we surely will continue with this family.

JORDEN WAS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL HE SHOULDNT BE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS He Argued with me when I called to get a rate on a foreign currency to Purchase Today...HE REFUSE TO CHECK? I had just recently purchased 3 months ago HE WOULD NOT CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS ON YOUR CURRENCY LIST FOR ME..HE ARGUED WITH ME! ?He SAID YOU HAD NOT HAD IT FOR A YEAR WHICH IS LIE!!! Horrible banking experience three times I have tried to open up a business account with Chase and I have been unsuccessful. I have set upI have set up three appointments with Chase and all three times when I’ve gone in they have told me that the person that opens up the account it’s unavailable to try again another day. I would not recommend Chase to anybody they have no consideration for peoples times or schedule.
