Horrible atm experience! Lobby atm is closed at 5 pm and not usable on the weekends so u have a line of cars 7-8 deep. Be prepared to wait!!! Also the staff all seem mad like you are bothering them

Walking to the branch to open an account with a relative. No one acknowledged us, not even a good morning, what can I do for you today. There’s a security guard, I said good morning he didn’t even answer. We sat down, no one said anything to us. Finally after 20-30 minute someone approached us. Beware of this branch.

They made me wait a hour for a signature guarantee. Since when can’t the teller or a banker do such a simple task as this. Only the manager? Chase you need new employees. There was no one else in front of me in the line and to make me wait this long?
