They will install your phone screen incorrectly on purpose and than you will have to go back a month later. Having continuous issue with my iPhone 13 Pro ever since I took it here to get the screen fixed. The other store in the mall actually will fix your phone. Don’t go here they are a scam. They put 2 screens on my phone that do not work the keys are jumping by themselves and they do not want to fix it. There’s no reason a month later the two screens you installed shouldn’t be working.

This is the second time I went to go get my phone fixed from this establishment. When I went the first time I was only charged $80 when I went today. The lady was on the phone for five minutes with someone else before she gave me the price of $200 to get my screen fixed when I told her that I was not charged $200 the first time and I was charged $80. She went back on the phone and continued her conversation with somebody and then she told me that for me she would do $80. They are so unprofessional , if they see that u have money they will charge you more.they don’t have the prices where u can see them for a reason so they can try scamming people.Since the first time I got my screen fixed from this store my phone has been having problems. The screen would randomly black out, after a phone call I would have to wait for my phone to turn back on. I don’t know what they did to my phone but I will never go here again. Before I even gave the lady my phone to fix I was telling her the problems I was having and she completely ignored my issue and had the audacity to try to charge me that much money to get a screen fixed . This whole establishment needs to get checked out. It is very unprofessional and all over the place. It’s a shame.

I went to get the speaker and front screen fixed he first told me for both the total of $160 , he changed the front screen but just cleaned out the speaker and I still couldn't hear much out of it then didn't even tell me pricing again before he took my card and charged me $202.35. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ITSELF THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I also want to add he first charged me $300 for the front, back and speaker that's why I just chose to do front and speaker. He was extremely rude and wouldn't even look me in the eye when speaking with me because I'm a woman, he would certainly look at my boyfriend in the eye though. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND ACTUALLY GET YOUR PHONE FIXED.

My phone had 9 cracked holes and a huge black spot. Fixed my phone in about 30 mins. My screen looks brand new! Polite and fair price!

Been to this place every month, sometimes 3 times a month and they have never disappointed. Prices are affordable and fair. Service is super quick and always less than 20 minutes!!

This is the worst iphone repair store ever!!!! I'm not even sure if they even know anything about iPhones!! Long story short I brought my phone to them needing a battery and once he opened my phone I had so much more bigger issues.. when I brought my phone back to him lets just say he had security escort me out the Edison mall... So not fair for me at all!!! Please stay away!!

Similar to Alexandra, I too went in for replacement part and they also broke my home button, and claimed it was a software issue. I was told to wait 2 weeks for an update. I was refused a refund and took an inconvenient L.
