I want to start this review by saying if you enjoy a laid-back environment that is not in any way sales orientated or pushy to find your dream dress, then RUN to this shop! Betsy and Heather are amazing at what they do. Heather was so patient and caring while helping me find my dream wedding dress and all the accessories that I got with it. Betsy remedied my veil problem for me and I am so thankful! I also want to give a shoutout to their seamstress/ master of dress alterations Maria Pardo. Maria is awesome at what she does. My dress fits like a glove now. Because of all of you, I will be walking down the aisle in my beautiful dream dress! Thank you all so much!!

I had the best experience possible shopping for my wedding dress here. Betsy and Carol were the sweetest most understanding and helpful ladies. I took a little over 3 hours deciding on a dress and they were so patient and kind the whole way through. I found a dress that had everything I asked for, within my budget. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I absolutely adore Carina’s bridal! Carol helped me immensely in finding my dream dress. And they have AMAZING prices!!! My bridesmaids and I had a great time here, highly recommend this boutique.

Approved the wrong dress color without my consent, for my wedding dress. I ordered a white dress and the designer no longer made it in white without my knowledge, and I was told “someone in the store approved it when I (the owner) wasn’t here, I’m not sure who it was”… nobody from the store even called me to tell me. After I waited 4 months I got the call notifying me of all this. It was already too late so I had to take the ivory dress that they decided to approve without my consent. Whoever “approved” it didn’t pay for my gown, did they? No so how is it up to them to approve it without the brides consent. Sounded like they just didn’t want to lose the sale for the thousands of dollars my dress cost. She gave me a 10% discount which didn’t even COVER my alterations, and the cost of the veil which I was told would take a week, but ended up taking a month to get into my possession. That was all they did to make it right. I chose this place due to the 5 star reviews but I wouldn’t suggest this place to any brides.

First my consultant was Heather and let me tell you Heather is amazing. Betsy is amazing. I found my dress and tbh I'm a plus size bride and was already doubting if there were going to be any gowns in my size. But they have so many choices. And they have different selections. And Heather went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They have so many different price points. FYI I paid under $300 for my dress. It was the best experience ever. If you have a chance I would definitely go and check it out.

We had the best time choosing my daughter's prom dress with Betsy she was so fun and made the whole experience amazing! we were in from Kansas City on spring break and have already decided to come back next year for her last prom dress! My experience: helpful,nice, attentive, there is plus sizes, and on my budget / reasonable prices.
I didn't made a reservation that was my fault. I wanted to look at least on the dresses for my wedding that is less than 2 months. Then maybe book an appointment later on. I don't know how Wanda managed to do her job fast and be attentive at the same time. She was super nice saying if her booking didn't came in I can have a chance to actually try some dresses. So I found some dress on my budget and my size but was going to go over to a plaza on the other side wait it out. She came out looking for me so I stopped my car. I went inside quickly saying" oh so we were going go to stake it out if the booking was a no show". She is like no worries we got time so if you seen dresses that interest you can try some on. We'll I'm must say I found my dress and she bling me out, added the vail on and added a different one cause I wanted a long one since I said I can't really have long train nor big dress since it's going to be outside. Well I cried cause I said yes to the dress. I did went to another bride dress store and all of the dress were not me nor the style I was looking for. Or just over my budget. Happy to say I didn't felt like i overweight nor overwhelmed looking for wedding dress. I felt beautiful in the dress. Can't wait for the day to show my wedding dress.

I went there today to find my prom dress and they had the best customer service ever. They make you feel so comfortable and are so sweet to you. I also loved the dress that I got and they have many beautiful dresses.

This is by far the BEST place to buy a dress for any occasion!!! My daughter has purchased all her Homecoming or Prom dresses here, and it's always been a wonderful experience!!! Highly recommend!!!

Do not go here unless you’re a size 0. They tell you when you come in oh you can try on any size and they can just clip it to you. That isn’t true if you don’t pick a size that either is your size or bigger they don’t let you try it on and don’t even put it in your dressing room. The amount of times I heard “oh that dress is form fitting are you sure you want to try it on??” was infuriating. I can’t even count the amount of times she made a comment about my body. I’m a size 12 and I understand that wedding dresses run small but I didn’t have this experience at any other store I went to. I brought my mom, my sister, and my fiancés mom with me because I am not very bubbly or outwardly emotional. The stylist refused to let them talk. She wouldn’t let me talk to them she wouldn’t let them take pictures. Any time anyone tried to say anything she would interject and talk over us. She went as far as to tell my mom that we didn’t want her opinion when that’s literally the whole reason she was there. And of course if I loved a dress and my mom was arguing with me would be a different story but that wasn’t the situation at all. There was one dress I really wanted to try on that was a size 14 and they took it away and wouldn’t let me try it on. My sister tried to stand up for me and question them on why I couldn’t try a size 14 dress on but they put me in a size 10 dress? Their answer was that the dress was form fitting and wouldn’t look good. I told the stylist the only thing I don’t like is 3D tacked on lace… the only suggestions she would offer had 3D tacked on lace. No joke every. Single. One. She kept saying well you can just have it removed in alterations it’s not a big deal. I had to ask her if I took off all these tacked on flowers wouldn’t the dress just be plain? “Oh well yeah it would be plain.” She just wouldn’t listen to me My whole experience there was just awful and I couldn’t wait to just get out.

Highly recommend Carina's Bridal! After, a very poor experience at David's Bridal, we drove to Carina's Bridal. The whole experience was top notch!! Bessie the owner, stylist Carol and the rest of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and make the experience truly amazing!! Don't go anywhere else!! My daughter said, "Yes, to the dress!" We left happy, excited and hungry.

Very warm and welcoming with a good variety of gowns and price ranges. Betzy was very attentive to my price range and vision for a custom gown, and she found the perfect dress. (My mom commented that it was the first gown where I really started smiling as I wore it!) Betzy also recommended a seamstress. My gown turned out perfectly, super comfortable, and was exactly what I had imagined.
