Maxene was really unpleasant. I had an issue with the CVS app coupon. She called a manager because she couldn't resolve the issue and her attitude got really negative and condescending. She also stopped assisting me in order to assist another customer who came to the counter after me. The new self checkout is trash. It often requires assistance, defeating the purpose. A very negative overall experience. Topped off by Maxene saying, "we fixed it," when it was actually her manager. The coupons should be automatic also. Why hide them away in the app. Horrible.

If I could give this CVS pharmacy zero stars, I would. Came to pick up my prescription at 10 am and was told to wait 5 minutes, 10 minutes later I was told to wait another 5, 10 minutes after that they told me to come back in a little bit. I came back to pick it up at 4 pm and was told again to wait 5 minutes. Literally a half an ho later and it still was not ready, the pharmacist was EATING while filling prescriptions. Definitely a health hazard and just plain gross. 40 minutes later I got one prescription and they decided to tell me after all the damn time waiting I couldn't get my other one until Monday. It's Saturday and the prescription was called in on Friday morning... worst pharmacy to exist.

I understand Covid-19 making life hell for healthcare workers. However, those of us waiting to get tested should be paid some courtesy, too. I scheduled my drive-thru testing appointment 3 days ago for 1130 today. I arrived at 1122 and was the first car. I expected a few minute delay, but had to push the call button at 1152 after waiting for 30 minutes. The pharmacist claimed this was his first time doing the tests. Then why didn't you communicate a wait? Then when I was finally given the test, I was told to break the swap in half. It's a plastic swab that doesn't break!? How do I know if somehow my test is invalidated? After already being vaccinated and then jumping through these hoops, have some courtesy please.

No stars as these folks don't come to the phone even when you ask to speak with the manager what's the deal here?????????? Been trying to reach you for 12 hours now...GER SOME HELP UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Absolutly the WORST pharmacy I have ever visited!!!!! After losing 2 of my prescriptions I had dropped off (was told would be ready in 15 min) came back in 2 hours and they not only were not ready (they couldnt find them!) then the women announced TWICE that she had my opiate prescription ready from the back area so many many people could hear, she then argued with me VERY loudly about whether or not she announced it once or twice!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE and totally unprofessional!!!! Transferred to Walgrens!!!!

This location of CVS Pharmacy is fine. I developed a cold while on a work trip, so I stopped here for over the counter medication and cough drops. The store was orgnized and clean. I found it easy to locate what I was looking for, and I was able to check out with my items quickly. If you're in the area and need a pharmacy, I think this CVS is a fine spot.

My favorite local pharmacy. Accommodating, customer friendly store. Pharmacy section adequately staffed with no long wait lines. Knowledgeable professionals on duty. If you are a tourist. Store is a quick stop for beachwear, sunscreen, beverages and snacks.
