“We're thinking of switching from another car wash. My husband is a chauffeur, we typically have multiple vehicles that we are in daily to wash. With my company as well. The car wash that we currently use has damp clean towels and window cleaner plus a few other advantages. But the service is lacking and the bar codes always seem to have trouble. I do have to say that Rikki was great. She kind of sold me on your car wash, which is actually closer to home as well. But your air guns are low pressure and car wash slightly lacking some other advantages that other companies have. Otherwise we would be members. Thanks! Happy new year!”
“Here you cannot dry the car with a cloth after washing, you just arrive, vacuum and wash, and leave with the car for your home or destination. In the other you can dry by hand and vacuum after washing.”

“The car looks great but the undercarriage is little to nothing. Owner is super nice and let me go through a second time. We ended up using the manual wash to get the undercarriage. The mechanic/worker has no customer service skills. He is another story. Been living here for 25 yrs. Happy to have that car wash there.”

The young man inside the carwash always has a beautiful smile ? and the other reason is the water doesn't smell rancid like some other locations. Great place ??”
“I use the Six Mile Cypress location and have the monthly subscription. It is great, although I agree with a previous poster that the wheels are terrible. I asked one of the fellows there if he would just brush those wheels with the soap brush (as they do with the front and rear bumpers) prior to entering the automation and he said he was not allowed by the management. If this is true, it seems silly, and if it isn't true, FIX IT.”
“They always do a great job cleaning my SUV inside and out. Today they found my gold bracelet that has been missing and left it in plain site for me when I got in my car. “First time a touch free car wash has ever gotten my vehicle clean. Aside from some love bugs on bumper which I will gladly manually wash before the tunnel as the rest of the vehicle came out great. Spotless rinse was actually damn near spotless. So good I signed up for the monthly plan.”

“Very clean car wash bays with options for foam brush, high pressure hose, and high pressure air drying wand. The bays were clean, and they do take credit cards. The price is fair. I was able to soap up my Jeep and rinse it for a little of $4.00. There are plenty of vaccum stations on both sides of the car wash bays.
At the end of the bays is a car wash that you can drive through and let the automatic carwash system clean your car.
I am very pleased with this stop. No one tried to panhandle me as indicated with other reviewers.”

“I'm a 100% disabled veteran and the manager of this car wash noticed I was struggling to wash my vehicle. He came over and talked to me for a bit. Super friendly man and I told him I'm a disabled veteran and that I was struggling to hold up the scrub brush to get a thorough scrub. So he without hesitations grabs more coins from his truck and he washes my car for me and spent a good time doing a deep clean on it. Didn't ask for anything in return. No tips nothing. Just told me to have a wonderful day. I highly recommend this place. Will be back in the future

“I’m giving this location four stars because the convenience is great—it’s close to other businesses, which is a big plus. However, there’s a lack of customer service, as there’s little to no interaction from employees. The machines are hit or miss; they sometimes do what they’re supposed to, but there have been multiple occasions where some vacuums weren’t working.”
