“We recently had the film on the windows in our home replaced on warranty. We were just a few days shy of 21 years since they were applied. I have never seen a warranty like this. Very impressive.The Linda and Isaac showed up when they said they would, took off the old film and replaced it with new at no charge. Amazing!”

“One of the glass panes on the patio sliding doors suddenly shattered at an elderly relative’s house. I called the Glass Doctor after reading many reviews. Gail was wonderful and kind—she understood the severity and security issue, checked their inventory (thank goodness they had the size in stock), and Bob (service technician) was out at his house in about 24 hours to repair/ replace the glass. Not only did they do the work at a reasonable cost—Bob also fixed another minor part of the sliding door unit, and didn’t charge extra. Anyone in FL knows how difficult it is to get honest and reliable help, especially at short notice, and I was calling from several states away. Thank you so much, Glass Doctor!”

“I went in to have water in my Buick floor looked at and they found my problem was the sunroof collecting water and the drain was not moving the water out. “My 2024 RAV4 was unfortunately rear ended and I wanted it to go right back to Autonation (where I purchased it ) to get fixed . I am so glad I made that decision!From the outset , my adviser, Carmen Lopez, calmed me and told me of course they would take it and her communication with me throughout the process has been phenomenal.I had to bring in some paperwork for the paint and Carmen asked me if I wanted to see my car , which I said YES! It was really an emotional moment for me . Autonation truly worked magic and it looked exactly like nothing happened to it . I asked her “how ?!” . Everyone there is thorough with what they do and what you will get back is nothing but quality , plus they back what they do !I cannot recommend Autonation Toyota in Fort Myers enough . They treat you like family . The Collision Center really took care of me and I got my car back almost 3 weeks early ! Please don’t quote me on that early for everyone , but I am really happy with the quality and communication I received .I want to give a huge shout out to Carmen Lopez , she is really a superstar communicating with me throughout the process and empathetic to my injury as a result of the accident . Thank you Carmen !!!I recommend this place for anything you may need from scratch repair to full on accidents . If I could give them ten stars I would !”
