The place has very bad service. I bought a product and it is logical that since it is for a gift, I reduced the price as soon as 24 hours had passed and I went to return it and they told me no because it does not have the original store label. Oh really ? It has a barcode that is obvious that before putting the store label on it, you make the inventory of the store using that barcode because it is obvious that the store takes inventory. So the staff that assists you is of the same race and it is sad to see how they do not make even the slightest effort to help, they want to see the stupid face of someone who thinks that because we do not speak English or we are immigrants we do not know how the system works. one store system. It's disgusting to see what this country has become.

Went in today with my mom. She sat her purse down and left it in the store. As soon as we got to the car she realized and went back inside. That fast it was gone. Asked if they had cameras and they proceeded to tell us yes but we could not access without speaking to corporate. Called corporate and said we needed a police report. As soon as police were called (after the fact we asked all employees if they had someone turn in a purse and they all said no) an employee said “we have your purse”. Why did it take for the police to get involved for you to say you had her purse? My guess is some employee thought they were gunna run off were her purse. Do better! You have loss prevention in front to make sure no one steals from you. But no one to watch over your employees to make sure they don’t steal from your customers! Insane.

Wait over 45 minutes in the check out line looked like only 3 employees was working nobody came to her tge cashier line was wrapped around the cahier checkout into the men's shoes department this is very unacceptable when customer are paying thier money for merchandise

I could not believe how a relatively new store could be so disorganized and filthy. I asked an associate if it always looked like this and she said yes. Some isles I could not even walk through because there was so much stuff falling from the shelves cluttering the walkway. The floors themselves were just filthy. I bought a small soap dispenser and mentioned to the cashier how filthy the store was and her response was I know! I will never shop in this store again when there are so many better options in the area. They should be embarrassed!
