Cape Coral store is a disgusting mess. The home department has ripped open items, broken merchandise and a complete mess. Cuban Cashiers talked to each other never acknowledged me until they wanted my payment. I won't be back, I'll travel to ft myers instead.

The store is huge and carries lots of nice items. Customer Service sucks. You got multiple people standing in line with one cashier and three employees putting stuff away in line to pay. Someone asked if they can help and neither girls spoke English and old man walked away. Got another old man putting shoes away with alarms just going off. This girl looks like she just came out of bed and straight to work. Ignored old man talking to her in English and Spanish. Don’t come here if you don’t have time to waste in line cause it’s not the only time it’s been this way.

Went yesterday with my mom after not going in several years. The bathroom is filthy and smells like urine, no soap to wash hands, looks like the mirrors have never been cleaned. The fitting rooms have so much dust and lint balls all over the floor like they’ve never been swept or mopped! Just so dirty overall.
