I just walked through and looked around, it was interesting but small for me .However I've been to New York, and Washington, DC so that's why it felt small!

(Not to mention an ever changing mix of more, well known artists as well.Conveniently located on the FSW campus.Only a two to three minute walk away from The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.Make sure to check the FSW website for special event days and times, there is almost always 1-2 events each month.

If you are interested in fine art in Fort Myers, the pickings are slim. A lot of the local art on display is beach/nautical-themed, which makes the local art experience narrow and less authentic than metro museums offer. The Rauchenberg Gallery does offer fine art that you would find in New York City, but we receive like, one percent of the art you will find in NY itself. The exhibits look appealing on the Rauschenberg Gallery website, but when you show up to look at it, you only see one wall of fine art in like, three minutes of time. Unfortunately, this nonsense perpetuates a general lack of interest in the Fort Myers. This situation also makes me irritated about the fact that I am put in a position of being excited to be in a disappointing, three minute/one wall gallery, just because it the only thing in town.

Excellent place to go with your family and the exhibitions and staff are superb! A gem to the Fort Myers community and southwest Florida.
