BEWARE, this location sells expired beverages by the case. Customer service refunded me my money back and said they were taking the expired pallets of vitamin water off of the floor but they are still selling them. They tasted horrible and there was a film on top. Also they charge sales tax on groceries. I did not buy prepared food, candy etc.The cashier said she wasn't sure why we were charged tax but we are charged tax every time we shop here. On another occasion there was an employee on a tall electric pallet jack with no spotter, no cones or signs speeding down the aisle. Talk about dangerous. This place needs needs some serious training.

Worst customer service and bad attitude everytime that I go in and the girl with glasses and colored hair that works in deli. This morning had very bad experience again. The girl with colored hair and glasses in deli section, helped the customer in front of me in the line and after helping that customer she ignored the rest of the line for 10 minutes until the other employee helped with my order. After that the girl with colored hair and glasses resumed to help people in line. I would suggest for her to get a job that doesn't involve dealing with customers. Next time I'll go to publix across the street and pay the extra dollar or 2 to save time and have an excellent customer service experience.

We accidentally paid a membership twice. We drove over to get our money back. We had receipts to prove this happened. The front end manager was rude, and kept rolling her eyes. She would not listen and basically turned us away.

I just came out of bjs and the door guy was just rude. He was too busy having a conversation with the girl at the member desk to even barely acknowledge my existence. I greeted him as I was leaving didn’t get a response. Told him ok have a great day and I got a Yup. I can honestly say I won’t be going back.

This early evening Dasia C just made our dinner. We could have cooked at home but we enjoy going out for something special. Something 'over the top'. We just can't say thank you enough. Each trip to BJ's is special and unique. They're (BJ's) not worried about 'being the same' each time. Customer service is number one to them so far in our experience. Dasia proved this in our dinner. Thank you so very much for a wonderful dining experience. I'd asked for something out of the ordinary. (Knowing it would be available from other restaurants prior experiences.) But, still completely not normal. It was handled immaculately!!! What a wonderful dining experience and we will see you soon.
My wife and I enjoy Bj's Restaurant and hope to continue to do so many more times.

The worst club ever. No carts, when I asked where are the carts employee at the door said I need to get them outside myself. Then there NO cashiers whatsoever you have to check out yourself only and when I went today the line to self checkout was so long that I left without buying anything. Not to even start about clipping stupid coupons to get normal prices every time. I will never ever buy membership here again. What a scam.

Been shopping at BJ’s for about 20 years. The one in Fort Myers on 6 miles Cypress needs to figure out how to bring shopping carts inside.
Me coming inside there’s no shopping carts and having to go back outside and into the parking lot makes me not want to shop at BJ’s.
If it’s a fire marshal issue, BJs need to distribute those shopping carts throughout the store, or have them outside the door. Come on.

I have always been a client of BJs, for several years, because I had an interesting incident with Mrs. Maria, who is at the entrance, she does her job but she got out of hand this time, as a former client I really felt like a thief When I checked my car on the way out, I explained that on two occasions while I was marking my items, the machine stopped and displayed a message on the screen, just as I was marking those two items, but then it continued normally and I finished paying. Actually, when she reviewed it, I explained the incident to her, but well, it seems that this generated more distrust in me, enough to check my invoice and my items several more times. As a customer, I don't know how the machine works because I didn't receive training for that, sometimes they make changes and adjustments and you don't know, but they also don't want to make you feel like a thief, for two items that I scanned and if it wasn't marked correctly, it wouldn't. It's my mistake, it's the machine's. They should be more respectful to customers because not all of us are thieves. Don't label everyone the same. That's why there are cameras. Review. To corroborate well what you as a client say or do to them. More respect.

$20 membership 10/09/23. I would recommend doing it on their website. I tried to do it there but they turn me down. I spend 5 minutes filling up all the info on their parking lot and walked back in with my card included in the app.

Curbside pickup is a joke. Shopper has no attention to detail and picks food with mold on it. Had to go into the store to return the item and buy a fresh one, which defeats the purpose of curbside...?
