I have this BJ’s gas station one star for customer service. I have been a member of BJs member for years and have NEVER been denied to use a bathroom at the BJs gas station until today. This is a huge inconvenience when you are waiting to pump gas. If you are worried about security, keep it with lock and key but don’t deprive a customer of using the facility. Just my 2 cents.

Cheap gas doesn't mean good quality gas. I sat in line on 8/26/23 for 20 minutes due to attendant resetting the pumps. Finally after filling up my car is not driving right. It won't accelerate, staulling a clear sign of bad gas. Never again BJ's.

If you order online, I recommend checking the expiration dates upon delivery. Also, check for any damaged or missing items. I have only had the first two aforementioned issues for most recent order. It was disappointing for the salsa that I planned to use this weekend, but in the scheme of life, a very minor issue. Also, the prices online are higher than in store or pick up. In this case, I ordered several very heavy items so delivery was super helpful while I build strength. This time it shipped from Richmond, VA & didn't get lost & never delivered, so that was a major bonus :-).

bjs warehouse online customer service department has to worst company I ever had to deal with. I purchased a tv and I tried to cancel within one hour later and they said it cant be done they told me refused delivery and have not even ship yet I then to change address and that could not been. i also tried to corporate office even worst experience and operator told me leave a message and someone will call you back in 3-5 business days. How is unethical company still in business I am putting this on this website BUYER BEWARE BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY MUST OUTSOURCE THEIIR UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE FROM A THIRD COUNTRY I AM DEFINITELY CANCELING MY LONG TIME MEMBERSHIP AGTER THIS NIGHTMARE

Most of the items are well below Publix if you can use the larger sized portions. There are some items that are not cheaper by much but are less money.I buy the larger portions and split them up. I think the quality is there in most cases if you shop carefully. Gas prices are less if you have the Credit card from BJs also.

Go to Costco - BJ's falsely advertises coupons and when you approach managers they tell you different things. Alan the general manager does not direct his employees to address the inconsistencies of coupons. It's a game to get you in the store then not give you the discount.

I am a big Costco fan but here in Florida BJ's is closer to us and they have the best gas prices in the area. We have used the store more this year than the past three or four years and have been impressed with the cleanliness of the store, as well as, what it is stocked with. We still do the bulk how far a big box shopping at Costco, but as stated, previously, we seem to be using BJS more and more as they have had some good coupons on namebrand paper towels and toilet paper. And you could never have too much of that. The gas lines at Costco always seem so long that it's not worth getting in line but I have never had a similar issue at BJ's and the store is really crowded so it's very easy to get in and out.

There's a new gas attendant who just stands there with her arms crossed staring everyone down and postpones opening the gas station. She will turn your pump off and be rude. She will yell at you to come at 6:30 and not turn on the pumps until 6:40 because she's too busy staring everyone down and being rude.

I only gave two stars because the cake and sandwiches I ordered were good. However, the people working here are TERRIBLE. I tried to place my order online but online ordering was down. I went to the deli where there were two ladies and a gentleman working. The man was helping someone so I waited for one of the ladies to come over and assist me, after about 10 mins of them playing on their phones one of them finally comes over to assist me but tells me next time just do this online...which I thought was very rude to say to a customer! When I go in a few days later to pick up the cake at the bakery none of them spoke english and could not find my order or communicate to me what the issue was. I had to walk up front and wait for a manager who came back with me and found my order. When she handed me my cake there was no barcode to be able to scan and pay for it, I asked how am I supposed to pay, she ROLLED HER EYES, and said I guess I will go get that too. This store really needs to make sure that they have at least one person who speaks english in every department for those customers that dont speak spanish and need to be assissted. And the whole entire staff needs a serious training in proper customer service attitudes!

Rewards due to me for the last three months have not been applied when cashing out at the register. Four phone calls later the issue is still unresolved. I pay my bills when due. Can't a company like BJ's live up to their obligations? Scam? I am just asking for what is legally owed to me.
