After losing my residence last year from hurricane Ian, I found myself searching for a permanent home. As a first time homebuyer I had no clue how to go about it. From Tim, to Jonathon, to all the behind the scene admin staff; they are transparent, quick, efficient, informative, helpful, genuine, and the list could go on... They answer after hours and it seems like they work around the clock to meet deadlines and provide their customer with the BEST service in SWFL. My boyfriend and I used them for a home mortgage and it was the best experience we could have ever hoped for!! Do not shop around... this is the place to go.
