i dont recommend this place at all i've been a total tech member for 3 years now an this new worker is coming here with and attitude not wanting to change my product or even call a manger to do something might as well get her out working elsewhere

Why would anyone come here? Everything is cheaper at Walmart and Amazon, where you get better service and better, more respectful service AND a more reasonable return policy? The workers ignore you here, take forever and are totally clueless, recommending terrible products. The lines outside the tech department are astonishing - but fortunately, we did not need to go there. We used to be loyal Best Buy customers, but the manager Amanda here turned us off of Best Buy forever - and Best Buy Customer Service is worthless. So we went to our local Walmart, got a better product at a better price with respectful and prompt service. Won't be shopping Best Buy anymore, thanks to the crappy Fort Myers location, but that's okay since it sent us in a better direction!

My first clue should have been the line of people waiting outside like it was Black Friday on a random Sunday in February. The second clue should have been the lackadaisical employee moving at zero mph to open the doors on time. You literally have to be first in line to be in and out in any reasonable amount of time. Clearly they knew something I didn't. There are no experts, there are no helpers, I found what I believe will work AFTER waiting for 20 mins for someone to help (even with my name on "the list") and scouring the shelves. EVERY employee walks by head down or looking right through you as if you aren't there. When I finally had the attention of an employee and was talking to them, another employee walked right up and held their cell phone in front of the person I was talking to and asked a question. No waiting until we were done, no "excuse me", no "sorry to interrupt". The store is also in disarray with tons of open box ripped items, lack of organization, and the price signs are completely in the way of the item (computer cords and cables) making it that much more difficult to find what you're looking for. I do not recommend this business. If I wasn't desperate for what I needed I would have walked out.

30min standing, staring, asking for help. Employees talking to each other and letting customers stand in line while all of us stare at them waiting for assistance. No wonder bestbuy is going out of business.

They do not check ID when picking up online orders. Someone made a fraudulent purchase using my account, and the pick-up email says I picked it up, which is a lie.

Several tags on the laptops are wrong. When I was ready to buy the only guy in the laptop department was busy. I waited, went to my car, came back, still, after I was ready to order I could not buy it.They are losing sales all the time!

I needed a new receiver. I looked online. Most places were going to be a week. Went to Best Buy online, pretty sure where I bought my last one, and I looked online was able to shop from their store in Fort Myers and they had a new one that was opened box for $100 off, I bought it online and went and picked it up. I was having problems couldn’t get back surrounds to work right and I was going to return it, but I called the number through the app for Support and I got some help even though it was aggravating because their English was a little broken. But they did fix my one issue and they sent out geek squad for the other issue and they didn’t charge me. They came quickly, the same day, and in a few minutes all was resolved and all is well and I didn’t have to return this thing that had nothing wrong with it. My computer and DVR settings needed changed . I’m rocking in my house like I used to. I think Best Buy is great and I’m so glad you’re still there, because sometimes you need a receiver now.
