I went in the Ft Myers store today because I was looking for a new tv. When I walked in the girl at the front podium was looking at her phone and I was almost past her when she said oh do you need help. I said no thank you and went back by the televisions. There was a very pleasant girl there and said she was getting something for someone but would be back to help me. Then a young man came by on his phone and asked me if I needed anything. I asked if he worked in tv’s and he responded unfortunately. I started to ask him some questions and he would answer then go back to looking at his phone. I said thank you and left to go to Walmart to buy my tv and got great customer service

I usually buy online and pick it up at the store. Orders are ready in less than half an hour and they keep you posted of everything you need to do or bring to get your merchandise. Excellent customer service, fast and reliable.

The Geek Squad is the most incompetent and poorly run business!! Our computer has been with them for 2 weeks and every time I call I get a different person with still no answers! Bad business.

Not happy with my recent visit here, the person that I interacted with said they couldn't help.me they claimed that they were only certified in Apple products and I think that anybody that works in electronics store should be certified in both products otherwise you risk wasting time of the customer you are serving which is what happened to me I was not pleased
