Used to love bealls for years. No longer shop there. They charge a finance charge even when bill is paid in full. Ridiculous!
Also, new store layout is awful. Like shopping at a cheap outlet store.

Everyone I've talked to agrees that whoever came up with this new floor plan clearly has never been to retail school. It's barely a step up from a warehouse. Really tacky!!!

Bealls has changed a lot since covid. Some good like the layout of the store and customer service is really good. But I find that the merchandise is not the same quality. Also I can't always find what I'm looking for, like certain sizes, baby/toddler shoes.

6 Mile Cypress location has smaller selection of Women's larger sizes. Racks served stuffed, not easily shoppable like other locations.
